Eslead Hotel Namba South Ⅲ

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at ESLEAD Namba South III. Its location is spotless, and we really enjoyed the spacious rooms that comes with a kitchenette and washing machine. It is an apartment-style hotel so it is perfect for those travelling with friends or family.

It is a rare ”private room type & TV) in the guest house. (It's small.) The owner was kind and friendly, and he also taught me about the color 々 nearby shops. (Since it is not a hotel, it is not suitable for those who want ”perfect”.) There is also a washing machine, so I think it is convenient for ”people who do laundry at a travel destination” like me. Of course, there is also Wi-Fi. By the way, the shower room is ”2”. (For measures such as cancellation without permission, ”only one card payment option”. Please understand that point and should be used ...) Check-in is ”until 10 pm”. It's an essential item in the guest house.

The accommodation is about half an hour's walk from Linkongcheng Station. The neighborhood should be a residential area. The houses look like Japanese houses! There are 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants nearby! There is also a well-known Linkong City (the scenery is very good) and it is also very good to buy!

Staff impressions: Matter of fact, good command of english, helpful. Room amenities: we stayed in a Japanese style room. It felt *very* recently updated. Tatami was fresh, wood looked new, en suite bathroom was very modern. Had a TV, mini-fridge, safe, microwave, induction cooktop (but no pans). Beds were futons, clean, new, pretty typical in terms of comfort. Ductless heater/AC. Room oddities, if you're not from Japan or haven't traveled in Japan before: 1) The lights/AC/power will not turn on until you drop your key in a slot on the wall by the door. 2) There is a panel on the wall that has a number in Celsius. This is the temperature control for the how tater heater for your bathroom. If you don't turn this on before your shower you won't get hot water! :) 3) The overhead light *can* be turned off at night. One of the remote controls in the room is the controller for the overhead light. Don't take your key out to turn off the light, it'll kill your AC/heat. 4) The level of service you typically receive in a Japanese hotel room like all linens replaced every day, bathroom stuff (toothbrush, toothpaste, soaps, shoes, etc.) being replaced, etc. will not happen. Didn't bother me as I don't care for that but it might be off putting if you're used to it but the price is great. 5) Ductless AC/heater is controlled with a remote control. Location: About 900m to the closest train station which can be a haul with your bags. Super close to Nippombashi which was a big selling point for us. Kinda on a side street so quiet and empty at night.

I stayed in the hotel for a night and was satisfied with what it has to offer. The hotel is affordable and Dotonburi is walking distance away. The hotel room was clean, water dispenser and amenities are provided at the reception level. The only downside was the size of the room which leaves little space for walking if you open up you luggage on the floor. Other than that, if you are on a budget, isn’t fussy about space and wants to stay somewhere clean and in a good location, I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a few nights in a western style room. It was a really handy location. Not too noisy and close to the train station. You can easily get to pretty much anywhere from JR Shin-Imamiya and it’s only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Also very close to a big Donquijote! The room was comfy and there is plenty of space compared to other places we stayed in Japan. The staff were brilliant and really welcoming, although it’s not a 24 hour desk but that didn’t cause us any problems. The rooms were more like apartments really but that was perfect for us. Probably if you’re looking for a hotel (with room service and daily housekeeping etc) this is not the place for you. But if you’re after something a bit more self catering like we were then this place is perfect. Our room had a little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, which was helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy and we had a really pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again if were in Osaka. A note about the area: I was a bit nervous at first about booking a hotel in this part of Osaka because of some of the reviews I had read online, but it turned out that there was absolutely no need for any concern. Sure it’s not the fanciest part of town but, applying Western European standards, it would probably be thought fairly average. I probably would not have ventured south of Shin-Imamiya on my own but the hotel is to the north, towards Namba, so walking to and from the station at both day and night was no problem.

this was such a nice, clean, quiet and modern hostel. out of all the hostels I have stayed at in Osaka this was the cleanest, most modern and reasonably priced. also, it came with cute pajamas. the owner was kind and helpful. next time I come to Osaka I will stay again smile 😊 정말 멋지고 깨끗하고 조용하고 현대적인 호스텔이었습니다.

I took advantage of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday to visit Osaka and Kyoto. Because the friends I made an appointment with were let go, I ended up traveling alone. After searching on Ctrip for a long time, I finally found that this hotel is not far from the station, and can be canceled for free in advance. The price/performance ratio is also high. It is the best choice for staying in Osaka. It turns out that I made the right choice. After booking a room, Ctrip will send you a schematic diagram of the route from the station to the B&B. You can basically get there by following the route, or you can find it by copying the address or name of the B&B into the map that comes with your iPhone. The door has a password lock. The landlord will send you the password on Ctrip in advance. You can enter directly by pressing the password. The tatami room I booked was on the first floor. It happened to be that I had a large luggage and it was very convenient to stay on the first floor. There are two floors upstairs, and the stairs are relatively narrow. Those with large luggage can only put their luggage downstairs. There is a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine on the first floor. There are sinks, toilets, and bathrooms on each floor. They are independent of each other, so you don't have to worry about sharing them with others. It’s just that because of the layout of the first floor, the sink and toilet are outside the door, and the bathroom is inside the room. Everything on the second and third floors is inside the room. This is a big difference in terms of use. Fortunately, it doesn’t matter to me. relation. I stayed here for three days and met the landlord twice. She is a young lady who came to Japan from Harbin to work for many years. She is very easy-going and takes time to clean after work. The guests I met were all Chinese tourists, and they were very kind to say hello when they met. In addition to the route map sent by the landlord, when I went out, I found that there was a 711 on the road about ten meters away. There was a shopping street with a more historical feel about a hundred meters along the road, which led directly to At the tram stop of Tenka Chaya, you can feel the local customs. Although I stayed for three days, I arrived in the evening on the first day, went to Nara on the second day, worked overtime in the room on the third day, and only took a quick trip to Osaka city in the evening. Strictly speaking, it was just for fun. I spent a day there and will come back next year if I have the opportunity. I will give priority to staying here then.

Clean and safe, comfortable beds. You will have to walk a little bit to get to the closest subway station or any other place of interest. They got a kitchen so you can cook and safe some money.

Transportation is convenient. There is also a convenience store downstairs and close to a supermarket. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are within walking distance It's close to a highway. There is motorcycle noise at night. People who are light sleepers should not consider it. Overall it's not bad.
