GGuest UserAhhhh, Chishan (Eat Mountain) is truly my 'white moonlight' [a cherished, unforgettable place]! This was my first time staying in a hostel, originally recommended by a friend. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was just fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic, and every meal at Chishan was absolutely delicious 😋. Its location is super convenient – right next to the subway station 🚉. And all the little cats 🐱 are incredibly cute 😻 and so easy to pet! Seriously, if you're coming to Chongqing, choose Chishan for a wonderfully happy trip~~!

Ss.oya_Everything was good. It's not that hard to find as people write. The location is amazing, everything is pretty close, but when you come back you don't struggle with the crowd. The room was clean with a nice city view. It had a shampoo and shower gel in the shower, free sleepers in the room.
The hostel has a laundry that costs 8 RMB.
The host was extremely friendly and ready to help with everything. Even helped me to find a location from the photo. She doesn't speak English so every conversation was through the translator. But it was comfortable

GGuest User🚗For self-driving trips, a hotel with parking is the top choice. This one has parking right at the entrance. The parking lot isn't great, but it's convenient.
🚶 The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the visitor center, where you can take the scenic bus to the Puhua Underground River. You can also visit the covered bridge and explore the ancient town.
🏠 I stayed in a standard room on the second floor. The beds were one 1.1 meters and one 1.2 meters, not the 1.3 meters listed online. Cleanliness was average, and the room had a slightly musty smell, likely due to the recent heavy rains.
🍽️ There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but I didn't find any good ones. The Qianjiang chicken offal hotpot, at 98 yuan, is actually less expensive than the 58 yuan in the main city. The noodle shop's seasoning wasn't very fragrant, and the mung bean noodles were a bit hard and tough.
📄 Overall, for a one-night stay with no high standards, I recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWhat attracted me was the design and environment of this house. At first, I was a little confused. Is such an environment and such a price real? This cost-effective place is so attractive to me, a resident of a youth hostel. I stayed there for two days with a skeptical attitude and thought about living in it first to see if it was like the picture. Everyone knows that many youth hostels are only clean, tidy and even gorgeous in the pictures, but when you actually live in them, they are very different from the pictures. Your fantasy is shattered. This feeling is very bad! But what surprised me was that after living here for two days, I was not only deeply attracted by the quiet environment and design here, but I was also moved by the patience of the lady who manages the house. Although I have a lot of questions and needs, the lady who manages the house still patiently and promptly responded to my questions, which made me feel very warm! I also hope that the days I live here will be like my own home! I will cherish the space here ❤️ I also hope that people who are still looking for a quiet, comfortable and clean youth hostel can see this very conscientious store! Finally, I wish the store a prosperous business and I hope that people who are still looking for it can find it.

GGuest UserThe decor, facilities, and style are excellent, though the ventilation could be better. The common areas have great facilities, and there are even cats you can pet. Located on the third floor, there are noodle shops, breakfast spots, and Maocai restaurants right downstairs. Many international travelers also stay here. Oh, and they also have a communal kitchen, which I found to be a really nice touch.

The location is perfect, most of the tourist spots can be reached on foot (if you like walking like me) the beds are very comfortable and the lady is really accommodating and friendly; in addition, there is a 24h guardian; It made my stay in Chongqing more pleasant and enjoyable. AAndrewMorrisStaff were very friendly and let me check in early in the morning after my overnight train. The common area has a nice vibe and is pleasant to hang out in, kind of feels like a cozy cafe.
The soft towel and amenities that came in the locker were greatly appreciated and were replaced daily. Locker itself was also very big, enough for a large suitcase.
Unfortunately not the cleanest - a lot of hair and dust in the floor and under the mattress. My bunk curtain was stained on the inside and would benefit from being washed. Mens bathroom felt similar, I was reluctant to take my slippers off in the shower and although the toilets themselves were cleaned daily, it was just the cubicles that seemed neglected.
Overall a positive stay in a beautiful city, just needs some more attention to the details for cleanliness :)

GGuest UserThe hotel is a nice place to stay with your friends for a fair price. The rooftop view is truly amazing and the hostel owner also has a couple of super cute cats to pet. The room was spacious and looked exactly like on the picture. The sheets were clean. The only minus points would be the cleanliness of the bathroom, which did not smell pleasant, and the insulation of the windows under one of the beds, which allowed for a draft that got really chilly at night. No towels, but toothbrushes. Heating of the AC unit worked.
