We booked a family room, which was good as it came with one large and one small bed. The room itself was extremely small, and the facilities were quite basic. Even with minimal luggage, there was no designated place to put it, so it had to stay on the floor. The overall cleanliness was decent, and the bedding was clean. However, the bathroom facilities were quite rudimentary, and the bathroom's hygiene was just so-so. The location was fantastic, right in the very center of town, making it easy to access all the breakfast places. The owner is a local who doesn't speak Chinese, though simple English communication was possible. Don't expect much in the way of effective service. However, for a diver who spends their entire day out, this temporary lodging offers excellent value for money.

我們在仙本那打車🚗都是用grap 軟件，就是因為是去年10月份開始營業的，grap 地圖上還沒有Q3 INN HOTEL ，所以打車可以選擇 grace hotel ，或者霸王茶姬，因為走路就20米左右吧， 非常近
酒店有免費的杯麪，小零食，還有飲料，有咖啡機免費提供☕️咖啡和熱水，我們都比較養生，都是自己帶水杯接這裏的熱水喝.
酒店離龍門客棧碼頭 非常近，走路7-8分鐘. 房間陽台就能看見碼頭.
酒店設施都是新的，但沒有裝修的味道，這一點很好. 老闆娘非常用心的經營. 值得點贊👍 住在這裏
樓下就是海鮮餐廳，我和朋友連續好幾晚都是直接在海鮮坊 是的海鮮，隔壁是賣黑刺榴蓮的，那個榴蓮也超好吃. 非常正宗.
我們離開的那天，我水杯落在酒店了，老闆娘剛好當天晚上7:00也飛回廣州. 還把我的水杯送到機場，真的太感動了， 我都過了安檢 ，在登記口了，老闆娘還幫我聯繫安檢工作人員，讓他們打開玻璃門，把我的藍色摺疊小水杯送到我手裡. 超NICE ❤️
我和朋友連住了三個晚上. 最後走的前一晚還去了酒店樓下 的酒吧🍷，聽當地的人唱華語歌.
感覺也很不錯.
不足的地方可能就是，牙刷有一點軟，空調最好有擋風罩，另外靠近馬路的房間可以加強隔音，還有衣架可以多幾個，因為每天要出海，需要晾曬衣服. 多一些衣架會非常方便，還有洗衣液，我自帶了一瓶很小的，用完了，這邊衹有洗衣粉.
總之：住在這裏，我朋友説是 性價比之王，之前我們是打算去住馬達京島上的水屋的，也是緣分 住了這個酒店. 挺不錯的. 很贊😎 👍👍

Affordable. The price suits the stay. The beds are ok. Towels provided. Only that the heater is making an irritable sound when in use. Overall, i would rate it 6.5 out of 10.

I really liked the bed here; it was dry and not damp at all, and the water heater warmed up quickly. There was no hair in the room, and while the bathroom had a slight sewer smell, there were air fresheners, so it wasn't an issue. It's great for people with limited English, as the staff are all very patient and enthusiastic. I checked out at noon and had an evening flight, so I left my luggage here and picked it up when I left. The location is close to the pier, and on the way back from the pier, you can pass by markets, convenience stores, and a mosque, which I liked. The downside is that it gets noisy at night; there are often people on loud motorcycles on the street. This is unavoidable for any hotel located on a main street, so I accepted and compromised.

The location of the room is very good, near the pier in Semporna, very convenient, the room bathroom is large, the water pressure is sufficient, but the room is relatively small, the most disgusting is that the pillows and quilts and sheets smell bad, I don't know how long it has not been replaced, and later I found a staff to replace it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The front desk team were helpful and professional throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Everything was well explained and handled efficiently. The environment is very good. I stayed at Haifeng Hotel for the first 4 days. I had almost finished playing the activities, so I stayed at Hemingway. It was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Because I didn't need to go to town very often, there was no trouble taking a taxi. I took a taxi to town once or twice, which was about 5-8 Malaysian ringgits. It was very convenient, but I had to wait for a long time at night. The kitten was super cute and waited at the door of the room as soon as I opened the door. The environment and air were very good. But you need to pay attention that there is no mineral water. There is a water dispenser in the kitchen, which you can fill yourself.

This newly opened hotel has a super secure card-based entry system on the first floor, and the fragrance management is excellent; you can smell a pleasant aroma as soon as you enter. The room matches the pictures perfectly—clean and tidy, with a small refrigerator and complimentary snacks, and a small balcony with a sea view. The owner is Chinese, so communication was smooth, and she even helped us with a free late check-out—super thoughtful service. Two nights for less than 1,000 RMB—excellent value for money! Highly recommended for anyone planning an island hopping trip!

It's right in the town, next to the seafood market, the service is very good, it's clean and sanitary, and it's convenient to go to the sea if you live in the town, and you don't have to get up early. The seafood market is just 50 meters downstairs
