Заехали в Кутаиси на сутки по пути в Батуми на машине. Нас встретил гостеприимный хозяин Владимир, провел по территории и даже предложил домашнее вино 🍷 Гостевой дом и территория ухоженные, все чистое и в прекрасном состоянии. В номере было все необходимое : чайник, полотенца, халаты, все для душа, фен, тапки, а главное - свежее постельное белье и удобнейший матрас ! Видно, что номера сделаны с любовью 👍 Дом расположен в километре от центра, расположен в частном секторе. Нам все очень понравилось, спасибо радушному хозяину !

That chinese dude's 2-star review is ridiculous. Good place for this price. The host is friendly and willing to share some tips about nearby places of interest. The house offers most of the amenities you might require - shower, washing machine, big bed and a small table. Take note that the house is up on the hill, so you'll have to take a small ”hike” to get back from the city. On the other hand, the place is quite and grocery store is nearby. Also, don't count on the wi-fi and the fridge - let's just say that these resources are limited.

We absolutely loved this hotel!! Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime.

It's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place

The family is extremely friendly and sweet. The rooms are big and comfy. Everything was perfect

A wonderful atmospheric hotel in the heart of Kutaisi. To the fountain and theatre 100m. New clean rooms, there is all indispensable. Beautiful breakfast in a restaurant in the basement floor, waifei fast. Special thanks to Sule for the care of hospitality )

Остались очень довольны проживанием в гостевом доме «Баграт» в Цхалтубо! ❤️ С самого приезда нас очень тепло встретил хозяин дома — гостеприимный, доброжелательный и приятный человек. Мы сразу почувствовали себя не просто гостями, а настоящими друзьями. Нас вкусно накормили, угостили домашним вином 🍷 и окружили настоящим грузинским гостеприимством. Сам дом очень уютный, атмосфера тёплая и душевная. Особенно приятно, когда хозяева относятся к своим гостям с такой искренней заботой и вниманием. От всей души рекомендуем гостевой дом «Баграт» всем, кто планирует остановиться в Цхалтубо. Если хотите почувствовать настоящее грузинское гостеприимство — обязательно приезжайте сюда!
