The service is very good (the front desk is very good and helped me recommend other hotels and provide transportation information after I checked out). But some questions still need to be raised: the bath water is either too hot or too cold. This is not a solar problem, but an equipment problem. Internet, although the entire island network is not good, there is no network signal in the room.

WiFi: Bring your own. Starlink is the way to go because here, WiFi is hit or miss; more miss than hit. Rooms are very clean, but no TV. Breakfast is good, but it’s the same every day - boring. So if you’re here for more than 2 days, prepare to have breakfast off-site. No elevators, be prepared to walk a few flights. Staff is attentive, but with no smiles. No need to set alarm, loud construction right next door began today at 7:15 am.

Lava House is a little oasis within Puerto Ayora. The room was very clean, with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Lava House provides a very relaxed environment, where I felt I could unwind after adventuring around during the day. The breakfast service was particularly impressive and offered so much variety! The perfect start for a day of diving. And Lava was so cute!

Wha an amazing place! The property really lives up to the name. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to accommodate. The food is amazing and the chef is very skilled in his craft. Pedro, checked me in and ensured that I had a vacation to remember. Paúl, an employee and local taxi driver became my personal chauffeur. This was the best vacation spot I’ve ever stayed in.

The boss is a clean and welcoming mother 👩, the hotel is in a good location, the taxi knows, the room is clean and comfortable, air-conditioned, there is a convenient guest tea bar, there is a beautiful courtyard.

Pros: Friendly staff, laundry service on site, stable internet access Cons: location is not close to the beach / town center but within walking distance, very early breakfast hours

Good area. Mostly clean. Good water pressure and hot water. Works well for a very short stay on Isabela Island. Host was very kind.

とても素敵な宿でした。 港から徒歩数分の距離にあり、ビーチも近くにあり、立地は最高でした。 共有部分も部屋も綺麗に掃除がされていて、清潔感がありました。 スタッフさんはとても明るく良い人で、おすすめのご飯屋さんについてやビーチについても丁寧に教えてくれました。 玄関に外水道があり、砂を落として部屋に入れるのも良かったです。 ただ、クローゼットがなく、ハンガーや洗濯物を干す場所がなかったのが少しだけ不便でした。 朝食は出来立てを出してくれてとてもおいしかったです。

Considering the price, I am very satisfied, but the bottleneck was that there were insects such as small ants sometimes climbing to the top of the bed. It was good that the location and water supply were possible. The drain of the shower is clogged, so it would be even better if you could improve cleaning.
