Honestly, this stay was a bit disappointing. I was expecting much more from staying at the Hilton. The front desk were a bit nonchalant about the customer and did not exchange much words.
The room was nice and for the most part clean, but some things were a bit outdated. It was an ok stay, but I just had a higher expectation. Location wise the place is good and close to a mall, and a 10-15 minute walk to the fishes!

IΣίγουρα δεν ήταν value for money.

The location is brilliant but its an outdated hotel which needs modernising. I thought I walked in on one of Agatha Christies novel. What I noticed it seemed like guests were allowed to smoke in rooms each room had an ashtray which was really odd. I did change my room because my first room had a strong smoking odour. The staff were brilliant and provided an alternative room.

What a wonderful stay!
The hotel's cleanliness, tidiness, and overall atmosphere were truly excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I'd especially like to thank Kerem. He was incredibly cheerful, helpful, and caring. His willingness to assist with everything and his genuine engagement with guests made our stay even more enjoyable.
We felt very comfortable and valued. With its great service and pleasant atmosphere, it's definitely a hotel I would choose again. Many thanks to Kerem and the entire team for their hard work! 🌸👏

The hotel was stylish and the staff was friendly. I made a mistake and double-booked my reservation, and it was not possible to cancel on the Trip.com site, but thanks to the kindness of the hotel, I was able to cancel.
