Guest UserThe hotel is as close as possible to Bauma Street, a very convenient location. The room is quite large and cozy. The breakfasts are standard, although the red fish was a pleasant surprise. And overall, I would probably have been happy with everything if three days before we hadn't stayed at another hotel, 500 meters further from this one, where for the same money we stayed in a deluxe room, there was more space) The staff was more attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were a little tastier and there was a small children's corner, which is a salvation for families with children and overall it was somehow more soulful or something...

Have a great time with your sister! Very tasty and diverse breakfasts, pleasant and friendly staff. The room is excellent, everything clean, new, stylish! They took the paid group training “Healthy back” in the hall (it's great that there are such activities all day), but the trainer didn't like it. In the rest, everything is perfect.

GilarA good hotel with a convenient location. Unfortunately, the parking is very cramped, literally dangerous for large cars, but it's good that it's available. The mattresses are not designed for people weighing over 80kg, and the pillows are a three out of five. There's room for improvement in this regard.

I stayed here for my birthday tis yr.everything was great. I used gym and sauna both 2days. Retreat. At breakfast one of the waitress sent me a small cake which I never mentioned birthday to them.somehow they noticed. Food also good.recommend for vacation.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very successful. To all the main places in the city within the 10-15 min on the car. Stood right on the shore of Volga. The truth is the embankment is closed and sunken and bathing in the river cannot be. But the hotel has several own swimming pools and lots of free cheeslones. And for children there is a huge aquapark.
Breakfasts are chic. Rooms are clean. You have to come in the summer. There will be a complete simulation of rest at sea.

The hotel is in the mall, the breakfast is rich, the city of Kazan is not big, the taxi in the city center can be reached at the beginning, the mall can be visited at any time, choose to go to the view room to see the Volga River

Great hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small. Thank you for staying!
