The room is large and high, so the heating doesn't seem to be very strong, which is the characteristic of the old building! The breakfast is OK, but the American coffee is not good. You can order other freshly ground coffee. The historical heritage of the hotel is the reason why I chose to stay here, and parking is convenient.

The hotel is cozy and familiy's friendly, the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, Fatima at the reception desk was great. The breakfast is intercontinental buffet and had a variety of options besides great taste, Dinner is A LA carte menu and the chef is exceptional. We didn't use the outdoor pool since it's so cold but the Spa and the indoor pool was pretty nice، the Jacuzzi was out of order. Overall the location and services was pretty much great definitely deserves another visit.

The hotel reception was poor, no effort was made to inform us of the hotel’s amenities or location of the amenities. The port wine at the reception was on display but was never offered to us or the other guests. The cleaning staff were very friendly, congratulations. The heating unit was located outside near the window of the room and was surprisingly loud. The worst of all was a male guest using the sauna and steam room while completely *****! Shocking lack of hygiene!!!

very well located hotel, in front of the beach and close to all relevant tourist attractions, as well as entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants. Service and concern for guests is a constant. Hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms, well decorated common areas in a very cozy atmosphere. Heated pool on the top floor allows a stunning view over the beach and the ocean at the rhythm of the sunset.

Great place to stay for a couple of days, beach, plenty of Resturants. ****** all steps away from the front door. The hotel was calm, clean with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast had loads of goodies. Would not hesitate to stay again or tell a friend.

Excellent hotel, well-located, with very thoughtfully designed and executed decor. Comfortable rooms with high-quality sheets and duvet covers. Fantastic bathrooms with appropriate lighting. Impeccable cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. Breakfast offers a wide selection to suit all tastes. Staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Very good value for money.

Hotel em frente à praia, com excelente pequeno-almoço, staff super simpático e profissional, piscina, sauna, hidromassagem e ginásio. O almoço no restaurante do hotel estava top. A seleção dos vinhos é cuidada e o vinho branco seleção da Santa Vitória é bastante agradável. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

The spa is quite complete, the pool is really warm, the jacuzzi is excellent, and the sauna is wonderful, and the breakfast is quite good. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the bar also has a lot of drinks, but it could be more varied in relation to snacks, but I emphasise the very good Angus burger.
