I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.

It must have been destiny! Here's the gist: I initially planned to stay just one night and then move on, as my business clients are scattered all over the place 😊. But now I've extended my stay for four more days because I simply can't leave! Honestly, after traveling through nearly 10 African countries, this Chinese-run hotel is the only one I've been truly satisfied with. The price is reasonable, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, but what really sealed the deal is the food – breakfast, lunch, and dinner are absolutely amazing and so nourishing! Every meal is different, with at least 8 delicious and appetizing dishes 😍. Don't compare it to China; this is just a recommendation for Chinese travelers visiting Lagos, Nigeria. To be honest, I truly hope our future trips will lead us to similar Chinese hotels. The general manager is hands-on, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, and the head chef, a friendly young man from Dalian, is so welcoming and hospitable. In short, the setup gets full marks, and the quality of service also gets full marks from me – you can decide for yourselves! Check out the pictures! Staying at Zhoujie Hotel feels just like coming home. The food is delicious, cooked by a Chinese chef, and the environment is beautiful. It's conveniently located, the service is thoughtful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Definitely a five-star review! 👍👍👍👍 I'll be back to Zhoujie Hotel next time.

The room is very nice, the decoration of the lobby and restaurant is also very good, the grade is very good, mini bar, swimming pool, Chinese restaurant are all available. In short, I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time.

Overall, it was very good! While hotel facilities overseas, especially in Africa, might not be as modern as those in China, they were perfectly adequate. The service was exceptional; any request was promptly met. The food also far exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the shampoo; the current brand isn't very good.

I came to Nigeria for a business trip, and choosing Shu Garden Hotel was such a great decision! The pool water was crystal clear, and it even had a treadmill next to it – a dream come true for fitness enthusiasts. You can combine cardio and relaxation without having to specifically look for a gym. The security was also incredibly reassuring; there's strict registration for entry and exit, so I felt completely safe strolling around the grounds at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive, with every detail taken care of. Next time I'm in Nigeria, I'm definitely staying here again! They also have KTV rooms and such, which are perfect for business entertaining. Plus, it's right next to a bay – I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel in my home country that offers such a unique location.

This apartment hotel is located in the GRA villa area. The overall environment is very clean and the surroundings are very safe. There is a Chinese supermarket inside, and shopping is also very convenient. It is not far from the airport. Many suites are equipped with kitchens, so you can cook your own meals. I will stay here again next time I come.

Beautiful hotel with top notch facilities and warm friendly staff. Excellent security. Delicious varied food with several food options of where to eat. The voews from the pool and room were amazing. Most of the time room was cleaned to a high standard, all the staff can’t do enough for you and the only trouble we had was when I extended my stay for an extra night they forgot to update the access card and i was disturbed by the cleaning staff who had not been advised the room was still occupied. Overall a wonderful stay, i’d recommend and i’ll be coming back!

I stayed here for a week on a business trip. The meals were different every day and always plentiful. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the Chinese-speaking receptionist made check-in very smooth and pleasant. I heard the owner has been here for over ten years and is quite well-known locally, so I didn't have to worry about safety at all. I felt very safe and secure during my stay!
