The towels were clean and the sheets were dirty. Let housekeeping change a set or there were stains. I suspect that they put the bedding on the ground and fold it? The quilt is huge and heavy. Breakfast is basic, not bad. The water pressure in the bath is OK, and the water pressure in the nano is generally small. In fact, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the restaurant and the sea pier, just a few minutes walk. The room on the first floor is also very convenient to run out to shoot flamingos. The surrounding environment is also very quiet and safe. The carpet in the room has a smell, maybe because the seaside humidity is high, it is inevitable to have a tide, and it should be much better to replace it with the floor. The staff, how to say it, the project is very energetic, but it seems to be a lot of routines, anyway, I finally set it myself. When I finally checked out, I told me that the room rate needed to be settled. I said that I obviously paid Trip.com, and then the front desk said that I had already paid. Strange. We visited for 11 days and because of covid-19 flight delays another 3 days. There were small things wrong, but overall a brilliant experience with friendly staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the changes we had to make and sent us off early on the last day with a take-away breakfast to die for. Much appreciated. The only real complaint was that the TV service was not on standard.

We recently stayed at this hostel as a couple, and even though we're not into surfing, our experience was quite enjoyable. We opted for a private double room with shared bathroom facilities. There is secured parking. The kitchen facilities were also a big plus, allowing us to prepare our own meals and save some money on dining out. The owners and hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always available to provide helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The shared areas in the hostel were comfortable and inviting. Whether you wanted to relax, engage in conversation with fellow travelers, or get some work done, there were suitable spaces for all these activities.

We stayed here from 22-27 December 2023, and absolutely loved it. From the time I made bookings, Brigitte's assistance was top notch. When we arrived we were welcomed with broad smiles by reception staff. The staff was so helping and went the extra mile to ensure we had all activities booked. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only down side was the charismas lunch, which I felt did not deliver on what was promised on the menu. I looked forward to tasting eggnog which i have never had, but it was not available. The food that was served was tasty which made up for the missing things on the menu. Overall we had a great experience and will visit the hotel again Thank you to all staff. Tuelo
