Luv to travelOn the day I checked in, I left my things in the room and I went shopping. I did leave a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. When I came back, the minute I put down my shopping, someone tried to open my door. Looked through my peep hole and saw a middle aged woman. The key obviously did not work. She left after a while but came back with a bell boy who rang in my doorbell. I opened the door and bellboy apologised and asked if I was staying here. I said I have checked in at 3pm. Bellboy pointed at two luggages and said he sent them to the wrong room? Wait what? Whose are these? The woman said they were hers. Bell boy said he delivered them to the wrong room.
Next, front desk called me and asked for my name. Not to apologise but ask for my identity. She confirmed that there’s been a mistake in assigning rooms. I asked her what do I need to do. She said nothing. No apologies. I asked her why the bellboy entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was there. No answer.
My advise to those who choose to stay here - double lock your doors and keep your valuables with you. They did not respect my DND sign and entered my room.

Guest UserWe booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious! Having that extra room to move around is a lifesaver when traveling with children. It also features a small kitchenette, which made our trip incredibly convenient. Being able to easily prepare quick snacks or prep things for the kids right in the room was a huge plus.
Another major highlight for us was the indoor swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loved it! It’s a great setup because you don't have to worry about the midday sun or sudden rain ruining pool time.
Before booking, I searched everywhere online but could barely find any information or photos regarding the breakfast. The only review I managed to track down mentioned that the selection was ”limited.”
Now that I've stayed here, I wanted to share these photos so future guests know exactly what to expect. Yes, the selection is on the smaller side, but the quality is great. Even with fewer options, every single food item provided happened to be a personal favorite of mine! So while it might not be a massive buffet spread, it definitely hit the spot for us.

1. The location is a bit out of the city center, but not too far, about a 15-minute drive.
2. The hotel staff are well-mannered, very polite, and provide excellent service; they are very enthusiastic and helpful.
3. Although the hotel is not in the city center, it's not far from restaurants, hawker centers, and food stalls, and it's also close to Cui Hua Lou Dim Sum restaurant.
4. It's worth mentioning that the hotel provides ample parking spaces, saving time spent looking for parking.
5. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money, and the rooms are quite spacious. It's definitely worth a stay.

Norhayatul husneeIt was a birthday treat for me but bringing kids along sure need activities fun for them, so recommended as kids friendly hotel! The ambience was beautiful, u check-in & great with warm cookies also the staffs are really kind.
The waterpark with slides accommodate kids plus they have kids club & game room too.. Food ? Delicious for wide spread of buffet breakfast & dinner. Pizza for chillin at pool area was also the bomb. The beach access also great, just maybe i think not so suitable for stroller or wheel chair as lots of stairs here n there . Overall, a nice healing spot withe beautiful scenary , oh plus points the bed ahhhhh so nice!!!

AglaonemaBasically, it's a residence, so don't expect hotel-like services. It might be challenging if you're not an experienced traveler. I was a bit annoyed that they refused to change the towels on the second night 😑. There aren't enough elevators for the number of people. There are KTVs and clubs nearby, so you can hear loud bass until late at night. Also, there are a lot of families, so if you're not keen on children, be aware.

JennlynzThe rooms was awesome. Can see The Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The cooking utensils is provided but no cooking allowed. The Hot Spring pool is great and kids enjoy it. Location is central to go to most places within 15 to 20 mins drive. McDonald’s and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are nearby. Overall we really enjoy it....

SEE WAHMy third stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. The peaceful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, and attention to detail are exactly what keep me coming back time and time again.
A special highlight of this visit was dining at Jeff's Cellar. The setting inside the limestone cave is simply breathtaking, and the fine dining experience was outstanding.
Another wonderful stay, and I'm already looking forward to returning again.

Zoom Explore^^My overall experience at M Roof Hotel & Residences was average. The hotel shows its age a bit, and it's not as new as it appears in the photos; some facilities are a little dated. The room's flooring was noticeably warped, and there was a slight odor when I first entered the room. Overall, there's room for improvement in maintenance.
However, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable, making for a decent sleep experience. Generally, if you have high expectations for accommodation, you might find a discrepancy between the reality and the photos. But for a short stay, it's acceptable.

Guest UserThe hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7.
However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them.
