Reservations with Capitalia are always quality guarantee, for an excellent service from the staff and their beautiful and well-stay facilities, as well as their location near interesting sites.
Always recommended to host with them.
The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient.
The room was okay and the staff were friendly enough
I would stay here again for an early/late flight.
This hotel is well thought out in every way. The reception's decorations, the free coffee available at any time, and the vending machines (for a fee) are convenient. The rooms don't have refrigerators, but they are air-conditioned and reasonably spacious. The breakfast is modest in meat, but they do have Mexican-style totopos with two-colored sauce. The pancakes and salad were delicious and just right.

A half-hour of beautiful arts walking, very clean the room, I am fan of the tins in the bathroom.
Air conditioning, TV and mini-eating room.
The only thing I didn't like was that when I wanted to ask for room service they never answered.
The room is very comfortable, and close to the city center, there is free parking, the service attitude is also very good, it is very convenient to go out, there is a bus stop downstairs, hot water is sufficient,
Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window).
Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me.
Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

Advantages: The hotel is in a good location, more than 10 minutes walk to Constitution Square, and there are many local restaurants around.
Disadvantages: 1. The sound insulation is super poor, the door is loud; 2. The male front desk is flat and never smiles; 3. There is no basic items such as drinking water, slippers, toothpaste in the room; 4. The bath water is very small.
The room I changed the next day was very beautiful, thank you for the male front desk.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, offering convenient and safe access. It's situated in a century-old building that has undergone modern renovations and upgrades. The bathroom and shower facilities need updating. The suites are well-designed, and the service is professional.
Facilities: Very good, with everything you need. A kettle or microwave would be even better.
Cleanliness: Generally clean, though the towels are worn out from use.
Environment: Good environment, parking available, and not far from scenic spots and pedestrian streets.
Service: Good service, good value.
Overall, highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.
AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.
XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.
SSusanna GuoThe room was quite large, and the hotel facilities, while not new, were clean. It was very convenient for an overnight stay with children. We arrived at 3:00 AM and called the hotel. The hotel driver promptly picked us up at Exit 4. The shuttle bus had the hotel's name on it, making it easy to spot. However, the hotel wasn't as close to the airport as expected. The shuttle back to the airport departed at the hour. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.
GGuest UserI chose this hotel because of the rave reviews.
As expected...it was great. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel's interior was clean and neat, so no matter where you take a picture, it turned out beautifully.
And while the breakfast menu wasn't very diverse, I was very satisfied.
There were a variety of breads, and the food was well-prepared with breakfast items. I made a sandwich...
It was so delicious, I even made two. Haha
The parking lot was spacious and nice, and since you can rent bikes (just leave your passport with them), I had a great time cycling around the Zocalo Square, the Seoul Arts Center, and the Monument to the Revolution with my family.
Thank you, Hotel Kali Centro, for providing such great facilities and service that made our stay enjoyable.
AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.
