Great location for skiing. It’s a short walk from the ski room to the gondola.  We enjoyed the restaurants and onsen.  This is a quiet place.  We had a fantastic week of skiing with fresh snow on five consecutive days. Nearly all of the terrain is off-piste so good snow is needed to access most runs.

NASPA New Otani Perfect family stay with spacious rooms and great snow park for kids! ”We had a wonderful stay at NASPA New Otani. The hotel's location is very convenient, not far from the train station, and the free shuttle bus service is available throughout the day, which made our travels so easy. We stayed in a Japanese Style Room, and it was incredibly spacious at 50 square meters. It was perfect for our family of three (parents and our 3-year-old child). There was plenty of room for our little one to run around and play comfortably without feeling cramped. The private snow park at the hotel is fantastic, especially for young children. Our child had so much fun playing in the snow, and it felt very safe and family-friendly. We are truly impressed with the hospitality and the facilities. We are already planning to come back and stay here again next year! Highly recommended for families.”

Property is set in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean and modern. Well maintained after its renovation. There are plenty of free parking space. Room is big but unfortunately without shower/bath - a big negative for the property. There are two common showers for the whole hotel which must be busy during peak seasons. I recommend the hotel especially during off peak season when you can use the public showers. Otherwise you have to use the bathing facilities in the onsen.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable, rooms very nice. Lots of choices of restaurant within the hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the Niigata train station (10mins?) so if it's cold and snowing, maybe abit more challenging, but on a nice weather day, it's a pleasant walk. Staff are super nice. I requested more pillows and towels, and were brought to my room very quickly.

The hot springs were very comfortable. Breakfast included a variety of rice dishes, and dinner was also delicious. On the second night, we upgraded our dinner, and the abalone was amazing 😋. The two meals included with the stay were definitely worth it.

I was very satisfied with the low price and the spacious room. I stayed with my family, and the staff were very friendly and gave me recommendations for restaurants, which made my parents very happy.

The hotel's red-top European-style ski plateau hotel, the reception lobby is retro and low-key and not high-luxury, the service is professional and warm, very patient and friendly to the elderly and foreign tourists, the single room is booked, this room type is very rare in the main building, I think there are two or four rooms, The main building is facing the view of the double room, more, the other is the luxury suite in the infinity pool suite building, my room 301 is the end room, the view is not a twin room, the window is not a twin room, but there are two windows, the view is also good, the main building is not big, the old room is not big, the single room has 23 square meters, The toilet is old-fashioned manual flushing, and the bathroom is still high, but I like it very much after I check in. Like the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, the old but not broken is used well. The room has no smell, it is clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. The lounge has drinks and drinks. When you taste it, you feel that the hotel is strictly selected for quality. It has its own high standards. There is no fooling. The liquor coffee is excellent. Dinner has kaiseki cuisine, barbecue and stew pot. The default kaiseki cuisine is kaiseki cuisine. I eat Kaiseki cuisine. It is very good. The breakfast is buffet and of good quality. The suite building is very new with net red infinity pool and large bathing area. The infinity pool has magnificent scenery. The large bathing area is very good. The outdoor area is not big. The service and quality of the hotel are impressive. Fortunately, there are moderately priced single people with one berth and two meals. I feel too little for a day. I placed an order for two nights in September. This way, you can take the cable car up the mountain and experience the spa that won the international gold medal. If you eat, there are three good quality restaurants. Lunch also has a light meal. I really want to experience the Highland Empire but I can't order it, it's great. The downside is that 301 has no wireless network at all. The Jizhiting of the Kuojin Hot Spring, a hotel of the Co-Li Group, is incomparable to this place. This is a truly excellent Japanese-style service hotel with excellent traditional traditions. It strives for excellence in quality and the Jizhiting is pure garbage hotel.

The location is not satisfactory. I only stayed at 19:00 on the month of the shuttle bus, but I have my own snow field. It is super clean (only double boards). I can't see mold at all! But it's a pity that I have to stay for 4 days and 3 nights before I have housekeeping cleaning and re-made the bed. I only stayed for three days and two nights. Friends will recommend ～～
