The room's location was decent, but since it's not on the main island, we had to pay €15 per person daily for the hotel shuttle boat. Also, the hotel provides NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! A small bottle of water costs €6, and there's nowhere nearby to buy any. If you don't want to fall into this trap, choose this hotel carefully! On our first night, I messaged the hotel asking how to get there by boat but received no reply. We ended up taking a public ferry and then lugging our luggage across a bridge. For guests who aren't strong, it's best to confirm arrival methods in advance! The most outrageous part was being overcharged €48 upon checkout. They charged me for another room's bill (my room number ended in 0, theirs in 6). The signatures were completely different, but they didn't even check. It took ages, and they had an attitude like they were doing me a favor by finally letting me leave. Absolutely ridiculous!

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

The room was a bit small. It's located on the new island, about a 10-20 minute walk to get to the main part of Venice and other major attractions, which includes going up and down bridges. Luckily, the paths on the new island are very smooth with no steps, making it easy to pull luggage. The hotel is popular and clean. Overall, I think it's probably more convenient than staying on the main island and lugging your bags around, and it's much closer than staying in the city center.

The hotel is located near the train station, about a seven to eight-minute walk away. The exterior design of the hotel looks very modern. However, the first room we were given only had a shower curtain in the bathroom, and water would spill out everywhere when showering, making the floor wet – I almost slipped. On top of that, the shower curtain smelled musty, which was quite disgusting. After speaking with the front desk, we were moved to another room with a glass door for the shower. This is a four-star hotel, and the official website photos showed a three-piece toiletry set (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). In reality, the room only had a three-in-one product for hand/hair/body washing. This is a significant difference in quality; typically, three-in-one products are found in hostels, B&Bs, and budget hotels, not a four-star establishment. This is misleading for consumers. When I first brought it up with the front desk, they said there was no three-piece set. After I showed them the official website photos on my second attempt, the front desk reluctantly provided body wash and body lotion.

Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first. I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

I stayed here for the 3 nights I’ve visited for with my spouse and we enjoyed our stay here as it was located close to where we had access to bus routes as well as Venice overall clean and affordable hotel, only down side was receptionists staff were not as helpful e.g. i asked for salt one night at receptionist and i got no response then he was on a call then after he knew i was still waiting and decide to take a look only to say there’s none left until i found it myself few other things did occur similar to this. Others than this it’s good value for money would visit again

Cleanliness: Spotless. Facilities: Well-equipped, with a large 1.8m bed. A complimentary bottle of water is provided upon check-in. Service: Warm and welcoming service, with a rich and delicious breakfast. Convenient transportation, close to Xinmen Railway Station, making it easy to get around.

We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

The hotel is very close to the station, just across the street. The rooms are clean and tidy. It's very convenient to take the train to the main island. There's a Chinese supermarket opposite the hotel, which is handy for buying water and other things cheaply. You can pay directly using the owner's WeChat Pay or Alipay.

Great stay in Venice – highly recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at Staycity Apartments Venice. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The location is excellent – close to public transport and easy to reach both Venice island and the airport. Very convenient for business or leisure travel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
