Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

Good value for money. The breakfast was excellent, and parking was free and felt very secure. A delightful touch was the complimentary iced sparkling water available in the hotel lobby. Having a gas station right next door was also extremely convenient.

The location is very convenient, and the price is moderate, so I'd recommend it. This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of major attractions, making getting around incredibly easy. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with soft, comfortable bedding and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and paying attention to thoughtful details. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I would choose it again next time.

A fantastic place to be on the island of Murano. A 5 minute walk from the waterbus station of Murano Navagero and near to all what Murano has to offer. The room was modern and comfortable, the breakfast varied and the hotel a hidden gem. The staff are accommodating and nothing is beyond their reach. Yes, you are not on the main island, but you are only a 20 minute ride away as you experience life on the water. If you have a few days in Venice, I would highly recommend this hotel as you stay in comfort and affordability away from the expensive traps of the main island.

The location is fantastic, very close to a large supermarket, just a short walk away. This makes grocery shopping incredibly convenient, whether you're buying fresh produce or household essentials. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove and utensils, so you can easily cook your own meals. It's a great way to ensure healthy eating and enjoy the fun of cooking to your own taste. Plus, there's a professional front desk that strictly monitors access, providing 24-hour security. You can feel completely safe and secure during your stay.

The hotel offers everything you could wish for, but you can't be too picky. For example, the veneer is peeling off some of the furniture. But everything else is wonderful: good beds, perfect bathrooms, and excellent cuisine. The thermal facilities are varied, beautiful, and very relaxing. There are also many sports options. We'll definitely go back!

This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying.

24 minutes from Venice by car—very convenient! Parking is no problem if you're driving. Breakfast is typical European.

The room's location was decent, but since it's not on the main island, we had to pay €15 per person daily for the hotel shuttle boat. Also, the hotel provides NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! A small bottle of water costs €6, and there's nowhere nearby to buy any. If you don't want to fall into this trap, choose this hotel carefully! On our first night, I messaged the hotel asking how to get there by boat but received no reply. We ended up taking a public ferry and then lugging our luggage across a bridge. For guests who aren't strong, it's best to confirm arrival methods in advance! The most outrageous part was being overcharged €48 upon checkout. They charged me for another room's bill (my room number ended in 0, theirs in 6). The signatures were completely different, but they didn't even check. It took ages, and they had an attitude like they were doing me a favor by finally letting me leave. Absolutely ridiculous!
