Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Having traveled to many hotels around the world, the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice truly stands out as the finest. We visited for our honeymoon, and the warm hospitality we received from the front desk and the restaurant staff was incredible—they made us feel so celebrated. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety and everything was delicious. The facilities were spotlessly clean, and every staff member was exceptionally kind and professional. Additionally, the accessibility to the city center was excellent, making our stay very convenient. Thank you so much for providing us with such wonderful, lifelong memories. Thank you!

Breakfast was decent, and they even had a DIY waffle station, which was fun. Perhaps because it was Carnival, it was very busy with lots of tour groups. They even set up an additional buffet area in a separate corner to manage the crowd during peak times. The hotel is in a newly reclaimed area, making it quite remote. The only transport options are the water bus and the slow, driverless monorail. It's more suitable for those traveling by car or with a tour group. However, Venice itself is quite small. If the weather is good and you don't mind walking a bit further, you can still reach the main city center on foot.

We have stayed in this hotel only for the weekend  but we had an amazing experience with the hotel staff in breakfast and dinner. So nice to all the customers and always with a smile on their faces. I would be choosing this hotel again next on my visit to Venice. As we don’t like the crowded places the location is great, rooms are clean and nice nothing old or not cleaned. 10 minutes from Venice by bus 5. Bus stop outside the hotel literally. Same bus can take you from airport to hotel and back. Buy 72 hours tkt in the hotel and you can use it for murano burano and for buses with train. Price is 45€. In general ana amazing price experience good food in the hotel. 100% suggest it.

One of the best choices of this trip was this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every detail truly embodied the meaning of ”comfort.” Firstly, the location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a full range of surrounding amenities. It's incredibly easy to go sightseeing, find food, or head to the station or airport. Secondly, the room was spacious and bright, the bedding was clean and soft, allowing for a natural, undisturbed sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation and stable water pressure, providing a first-class shower experience. I must also commend the service. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and they thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits for us in advance. The breakfast was also very rich, a mix of Chinese and Western options, satisfying whether you prefer hot food or lighter fare. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's design style, which exuded taste and ingenuity everywhere, making it so charming that you wouldn't even want to use a filter on your photos! In summary, whether for a leisure vacation or a business trip, this hotel is a highly recommended ”top performer.” The next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

A perfect hotel. The best four-star hotel in Verona, right between Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Bra in the city center, only a hundred meters away from the former residence of Giulia. The side of the hotel is the most famous pedestrian street in Verona, Via Mazzini (a street of famous brands), where there are famous ice cream shops in the old town, and there are many popular restaurants in both squares. The hotel is classical in style in both architecture and decoration, very artistic, and the buffet breakfast is also rich.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the train station, which is convenient for getting around or catching a train. The front desk staff heard we were in a hurry to catch our train, so they checked us in very quickly. We were also able to store our luggage, and they even took us directly to our room afterwards. The service was excellent! The front desk staff were also very friendly. The room was quite spacious, the bed was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The water pressure for the shower was a bit unstable, and if you showered for a longer time, the water temperature would fluctuate between hot and cold. The air conditioning was very powerful and kept the room warm, though it was a bit dry. Although it's very close to the train station, it wasn't noisy at all; overall, it was quiet.

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

MMartin SnellingWe recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

GGuest UserI stayed here for the 3 nights I’ve visited for with my spouse and we enjoyed our stay here as it was located close to where we had access to bus routes as well as Venice overall clean and affordable hotel, only down side was receptionists staff were not as helpful e.g. i asked for salt one night at receptionist and i got no response then he was on a call then after he knew i was still waiting and decide to take a look only to say there’s none left until i found it myself few other things did occur similar to this. Others than this it’s good value for money would visit again

TTDorisThe shuttle boat we booked with the hotel cost 22 euros per person and took us directly to the hotel entrance, which was a great experience. It was perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery of Venice without anyone else around. You can also take a bus directly to the entrance. I didn't visit the Glass Island last time, so I wanted to explore it this time. The hotel is right outside the scenic area, so it was a great place to wander around. The bus from the entrance goes directly to the main island, which is quite convenient, but you still have to walk a bit to the boat station. The room was average, not very clean, and the view from the window was lacking, so choose carefully if you mind. I stayed at a five-star hotel in San Marco on the main island last time and was dissatisfied because it was too old. I wonder if Venice is just like that. The beautiful weather and the beauty of Venice these days may make up for some of these shortcomings.

GGuest UserFirst, the good points: Check-in was officially at 3 PM, but the front desk allowed us to check in at noon once the room was ready, which was great service. I was a bit tired from jet lag after landing, and the front desk kindly lent me a thermometer, which was very thoughtful. We stayed in a family room with three beds, two separate rooms, and two balconies, all well-equipped and with good natural light. The cleaning staff were also very helpful, showing us how to use the key card. The whole hotel was very clean. It's super close to the train station and also very near the Ali supermarket, which is convenient and quick. Now for the downsides: Being located at a T-junction facing the street, noise was unavoidable. We stayed for three days, and the room supplies weren't replenished promptly; by the last day, we had run out of tissues. Overall, it was still a good stay. The location is excellent, and I'd give it a positive review overall.

AAzuozvoGreat stay in Venice – highly recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at Staycity Apartments Venice. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The location is excellent – close to public transport and easy to reach both Venice island and the airport. Very convenient for business or leisure travel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.
