AAlex Fu HKGThe best even hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details. Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel. Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

PPolina:)))The hotel is large, and the rooms are very small, but overall they have everything you need. There are some issues with housekeeping; we stayed for three nights, and they never really cleaned properly. The towels hung wet for all those days, and nobody changed them. We had to chase down staff ourselves to try and get fresh towels. The bedding was never changed during our stay, only tidied up once. They did empty the trash, though. They don't provide bottled water in the room to reduce plastic waste, which is a plus. There are water dispensers in the lobby area where you can get free, unlimited water. The breakfast is good, but the air conditioning in the breakfast area seems to be running at full blast, making it very cold. There's nowhere to walk around nearby; it's an industrial zone. Getting to the center of Venice is convenient by vaporetto; the stop is right by the hotel, about 2 minutes from the exit. A one-way ticket per person costs €10. There's also a monorail; a one-way ticket costs €1.50, and it's to the left from the hotel, also convenient and fast. Overall, the hotel is good for those who don't necessarily need to stay right in the city center.

てぅI was looking for a hotel around Mestre because it's more cost-effective than staying on the main island of Venice, and I'm so glad I did! They let me check in early even though I arrived in the morning, which was a huge help. The room was clean and the amenities were more than sufficient.

JJK_190629Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first. I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

GGuest UserThe room isn't big, but it's very clean. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The bus stop right outside is really convenient for getting to the main island, and there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. My only minor complaint is that it's still quite cold, and the heated towel rail was turned off.

DDaping302This hotel offers good value for money for guests visiting Verona. It's conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk straight after turning right from the train station exit, then another 7 minutes straight after turning right again (totaling around 15 minutes). You can reach the old town arena in about 25 minutes on foot, so most interesting places are within walking distance. The staff are friendly; I found the room a bit cool at night, and housekeeping promptly brought an extra blanket when I called. Breakfast is Italian style, with a good variety and tasty options. The hotel's decor retains its 1970s charm and is well-maintained. While some room facilities are a bit dated, particularly the electrical switches, you can see what was considered state-of-the-art in the '70s. My only regret is that the shower is over a narrow and steep bathtub. I was concerned about slipping, especially for older guests, and there were no grab bars on the wall, so I largely avoided using it.

TTDorisThe shuttle boat we booked with the hotel cost 22 euros per person and took us directly to the hotel entrance, which was a great experience. It was perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery of Venice without anyone else around. You can also take a bus directly to the entrance. I didn't visit the Glass Island last time, so I wanted to explore it this time. The hotel is right outside the scenic area, so it was a great place to wander around. The bus from the entrance goes directly to the main island, which is quite convenient, but you still have to walk a bit to the boat station. The room was average, not very clean, and the view from the window was lacking, so choose carefully if you mind. I stayed at a five-star hotel in San Marco on the main island last time and was dissatisfied because it was too old. I wonder if Venice is just like that. The beautiful weather and the beauty of Venice these days may make up for some of these shortcomings.

AAmitang123456This was my second stay here. The last time I visited, I left my charger in the room, and they had it ready for me this time – excellent service! The hotel is directly across from the train station, and a car rental place is just about 100 meters away, so the location is absolutely superb. It's incredibly convenient for getting to the main island and all the smaller islands. The room was clean and very spacious, almost like a mini-suite. It came with an electric kettle, hairdryer, shower cap, and disposable slippers. Breakfast was good; the variety was decent. Since I don't eat bread or pastries, I stuck to the scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, etc. The coffee was excellent.

GGuest UserThe room itself was alright – quiet and quite spacious. There was a two-person dining table and a TV at the foot of the bed, and the large window could be opened. There was a €1.4 fee upon check-in. The front desk staff weren't particularly friendly; they assigned me to the worst-facing room, number 425, which was sandwiched between a highway and railway. I've seen comments about discrimination, particularly against Chinese guests, and I'm seriously starting to suspect it's true. However, the double-glazed window provided decent sound insulation. Even though there was some noise late at night, I was too tired to notice. The only real plus was the extremely well-stocked kitchenware: cups, plates, bowls, frying pans, saucepans, cutlery, and even a dishwasher. The fridge was pretty useless as it didn't get cold. You can cook your own meals, and there's a big supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. There were also 4 coffee capsules, which I assume were complimentary. Overall, it was just okay, nothing special. The 1200 price point might be normal for this season.
