The hotel is located on a separate island, and you can take the hotel's water shuttle to and from San Marco as many times as you like during your stay for only 15 euros per person. The island where the hotel is located is much quieter than the main island, and the price is very reasonable, with larger room types. There's also direct public transport from the train station, which you can catch in front of KFC. Regarding the hotel environment, it's generally good, but the facilities are a bit old. However, the room size, at 27-28 square meters, is quite spacious for European travel. Overall, it's pretty decent.

The room is quite small, so it's not ideal for those with many activities planned. The best part is its location right next to the water taxi pier, which is very convenient. There's a small restaurant by the pier, but no other facilities or convenience stores on the island. You can only buy drinks and snacks at the hotel's bar. Strangely, Uber taxis can't stop directly at the hotel entrance; you have to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to catch one, which is quite unreasonable. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary bottled water; you have to refill your own at the water dispenser. Breakfast was just average, but it filled you up.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and professional! We loved the the guy at check in, so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the spa. The breakfast is decent I would say, basic things, cakes and pastry are so delicious, the juices are soso.

Although there is only a gas station across the hotel. But the location is still excellent. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is right outside the hotel. The bus takes 8 mins into Plazza di Roma. The hotel sells the bus tickets. And there are two buses and the timetable is very regular. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus. So so convenient. The swimming pool also very good, not very busy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were extremely helpful with info, in particularly getting to venice and the airport.

The most delightful surprise was the hotel's design style, which exuded taste and ingenuity everywhere, making it so charming that you wouldn't even want to use a filter on your photos! At this hotel, you are only 5 minutes walk from everything you need to see. The reception is welcoming, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was what you need. Easier to get to from the railway station and then you are right in the heart of the city. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice and neat pleasant place tucked withon suburban estate. Great for family and must have a car to get there. plenty of parking and staff a helpful.

I had been expecting a four-star better. Air conditioning not working, no chickens. Everything is okay. Good breakfast with fresh products.
