Lisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

Hu_zhennExcellent! This building houses a hotel, a hostel, and student dorms all together. There's a security guard at the entrance, and you need a key card to enter the hotel at night. There are two kitchens: a larger one for students and a smaller one for guests – don't get them mixed up! The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hostel rooms don't have hair dryers. Laundry and drying each cost 2.5 euros. Breakfast is around 10 euros, and it's a rich buffet with fruits, bread, coffee, eggs, and bacon.

the hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros).
I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. price is excellent for what you are receiving. 5 stars hotel.
nothing bad to say about this location.
shuttle service excellent and free. write to the hotel so they will pick you up at the port. you can walk to the hotel but is a little tough with the luggage .

The hotel is located on a hillside not far from Sorrento. The staff are warm and attentive. The breakfast is plentiful, and the restaurant boasts a beautiful sea view. There is free parking in front of the hotel, but spaces are limited. In addition, there is a paid parking lot within the hotel and valet parking available from hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and clean; the only drawback is poor soundproofing, which may be a minor issue for those who enjoy sleeping.

Anonymous UserFacilities: Great, as expected from a major chain. Hygiene: Very clean and well-maintained, quite impressive. Service: Very satisfied. Environment: Naples itself can be a bit messy, but this location is very close to the train station, which is a big plus.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Check-in was super fast. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast terrace was wonderful. Breakfast was also excellent. It's very close to Naples Centrale station, about a 7-minute walk with a suitcase. It's very convenient for exploring Naples from here. The hills of Naples are wonderful, both for the people and the sights. The area around the station is home to some rather unsavory characters; there are many of them, and it's best not to walk around that area in the dark. But the hotel doesn't hide its location near the station. The prices at the bar are very reasonable. I've also walked around the station area alone, even after dark, and everything was fine. There's a heavy police presence in the area, patrolling the streets.

BichonloverAn expectedly wonderful stay! It was only like 3 minute walk from the central station. I feel quite safe as there were quite often policeman patrolling. There is a supermarket very nearby which you can get all the necessities. The hotel was clean, cozy and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. And even the breakfast included was superb and tasty. The most important is the price is very reasonable. I would recommend to everyone who will travel to Naples, especially first timer travelers or family travelers who look for somewhere convenient, safe and comfortable.

Everything was good, only commuting to the location is not so easy because of the public transportation delays and the hut is so small. Other than that the village is great.

Wonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm.
The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful.
Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries.
Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced.
What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste.
Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to.
