Hotels With Gym in County Galway, Ireland

This is my terrible experience during my Ireland trip. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔 As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏

Long established Hotel in the Galway Salthill seaside resort, great for a winter break looking out at the howling Atlantic, plenty of good walks, and Galway city centre a decent walk or bus away, though you'll walk it faster than the bus when the afternoon traffic ramps up. Hotel food very good, the Pier 56 restaurant food was quality. There's also a higher end menu in the main restaurant, and even tasty bar bites in old pub styled bar. Rooms are large, plain and functional, with robust heavy duty old school hotel furniture, plain painted walls. A lot of the public areas are upgraded from previous decades, the main restaurant, bar and the bistro stylishly upgraded. Room bathrooms all up to the minute. Good value for a low season stay in November. Can't fault it.

Lovely hotel spotless room, I loved swimming pool with sauna and steam room, locker rooms unbelievable mirrors hair dryier I think there was 5 at least. Can’t say anything less than amazing abut this hotel.

We stayed on the 5th of September. It's a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed everything about this place except the unbearable heat in the room. It was impossible to sleep. There was a portable fan but it was very noisy.And even when it's on, it wasn't helpful. No air conditioner. We had a very poor sleep. And no matter how much we enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, food, friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel, we would not stay here next time.

The location was perfect for me as it was a short walk from the coach station and from my tour pick up location. I was very impressed with the accommodation since some student accommodations are dated, but everything looked new and quite fancy. The staff members were friendly. The only downside was that I could hear the seagulls squawking throughout the night until morning. Other than that, I would certainly stay here if I’m ever in Galway again!

It is a certain distance from Galway. The hotel has a quiet environment. It occupies a large area on the seaside. The room facilities are also very good. The Atlantic sea breeze makes it a great place for vacation.

It takes about ten minutes to walk from Galway Railway Station. It is not in the center and the location is a bit remote. But the room is big enough and the bed is very big. However, it is not cleaned every day and you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, which is not very convenient. Convenient, overall satisfied!

The hotel's surroundings are really nice, and there's a parking lot right at the entrance. The Western restaurant on the first floor is delicious, though it closes a bit early on weekend nights, at 8 PM. The room was decent. My room on the second floor had a balcony. Even though there's no air conditioning, the temperature difference between day and night here is quite significant, so it was cool enough in the evenings.

Fantastic hotel. Very trendy and fancy. Amazing top floor bar and restaurant. Very close to everything in the City centre. Highly recommend !
