Chegamos ao hotel no dia 26.12.2025 às 20 horas e deparamo-nos com uma recepção vazia e um átrio deserto. Aguardamos algum tempo e tentamos chamar alguém, sem sucesso. Passados 20 minutos de espera, sai subitamente de uma porta dissimulada na parede, uma recepcionista apressada que se dirige ao computador, brindando-nos secamente com ”Boa noite”. Respondi ”Boa noite” acrescentando ”estamos há 20 minutos à espera numa recepção deserta”. Tivemos como resposta, de olhos fixos no computador, ”estava na minha pausa de jantar”.
Nunca nos tinha acontecido...
De resto, o hotel é acolhedor e agradável, e as interações com os restantes funcionários decorreram normalmente, sendo os mesmos profissionais e atenciosos.
Recomendamos o hotel, desde que os hospedes possam evitar as ”pausas para refeições” da recepção.

Small breakfast very weak little variety no longer to speak I had 10 minutes waiting for them to raise a table because they were all the tables full of dirt locks and there were no tables available I had to ask to raise a table to get to take breakfast.

EEddie RogersStayed at upon vila for 4 nights. First impressions were very good starting with the location which faces the Targus river and a short drive to several restaurants on the
sea front. My room was quite big and had several seats and a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. A complimentary bottle of water and some cookies were also waiting in my room.
Breakfast times were from 8am - 11am which is great for late risers. First impressions on breakfast was disappointing. They had a few cereals limited fruit and pastries. They only had eggs and bacon for the cooked breakfast and on another day mushrooms. Also the same items were served over the 4 days. It would have been better to vary the menu each day. Overall a pleasant stay but disappointed with breakfast choices.

GGuest UserThe whole experience of staying in this hotel was very good. All staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had a small balcony with ocean view which we liked. The gardens of the hotel make the surroundings even nicer. The indoors swimming pool experience was very good, especially after a few hours drive. We watched the football match from the roof top bar, which had amazing views and a really cool vibe. The breakfast was delicious and probably one of the best ones of our whole road trip, a lot of variety and all very tasty.
We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, either if you are just passing by or to stay for a few days, quality value is really worth it.

AAlentejoIt is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view.
Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.

GGuest UserI love this hotel and have been there many times throughout the years. It still have the same charm despite the fact that is getting old, however a lot of updates and improvements have been done to keep it up to date.
On personal note I will suggest to open the interior pool early. As the opening time it's 10 am. I personally love to swim first thing in the morning, before breakfast and since there is no one from staff in there , they just need to open the door. I ask at the reception but was told it was impossible to do that. So I live the suggestion for the future!

Sseyyed ali hosseini moshkenaniEverything was good except their bed. We had a double bed room but they used two single beds on the side of each other to make it a double bed. The mattress was not comfy and we could sense Spring in the mattress.
