It was very nice; the interior was quiet, and the exterior was beautiful. It seemed like a banquet or meeting was being held inside, but most people's English wasn't very good, so they couldn't communicate effectively.

I enjoyed my trip at the hotel. All staff were very kind. I was a little nervous because of the missing payment at the entrance. I was tired from the journey and they could have taken this into consideration and sent me to my room and then taken the remaining payment later. At least I expected such kindness. But my entire stay from that day onwards was so wonderful. The room was clean. However, the bathroom supplies were not as written and were missing. For example, it was written as there is a toothpaste. I did not buy toothpaste accordingly. But there wasn't. These are sensitive issues for me. And most people choose their hotel according to what is written in the room. If such sensitive issues are taken into consideration, the hotel is very wonderful, its location is central and you can almost go everywhere on foot (if you like walking). It is both quiet, the employees are great, the housekeeping lady is very polite and meticulous. Except for a few things, I was very pleased. If I go again, this is the hotel I will choose. I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel, and overall, my experience was very positive. The hotel stands out for its excellent cleanliness, comfortable surroundings, and efficient services. Regarding the location, the hotel isn't in the absolute city center, but this was a conscious choice on my part; I preferred to rely on the reliability and standards of the Mercure brand. In any case, this wasn't an issue as the city center is quickly accessible, and local taxis are very affordable. The only minor inconvenience I encountered – which I'm bringing to Trip.com's attention so they can follow up with their partner – was regarding the application of the city tax. Even though I was traveling alone, during check-out, the hotel initially demanded payment for two people, based solely on the fact that I had booked a double room. However, the city tax applies to the individual staying overnight, not the room itself. The taxable event is the actual overnight stay of a single guest. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I feel it's important to report it to prevent other solo travelers from encountering the same problem. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel where I would gladly return.

Very nice hotel, clean and a pleasant staff. They provided good customer service and they have a good an affordable taxi drop off and pick up service. Their front desk staff is very courteous and all the staff at the hotel as well. Their breakfast meal was nice and tasty I feel they can do better in terms of variety. I enjoyed my stay at Troci and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Albania 😊.

Amazing staff (reception and restaurant), very nice spa, in front of the hotel you have the bus station that takes you to city center, on the other side of the hotel there is the bus station that takes you to Durres city at the beach Big rooms, good hot water pressure The hotel restauranthas amazing food and it's cheap!!!!

My friend arrived two days later, so I had the whole place to myself for a day. The view was great, and there's a huge museum nearby, but it was under renovation when I visited, so I couldn't go in.

Had a wonderful birthday holiday in Arka hotel ♥️♥️♥️ lovely and aesthetically pleasing beautiful hotel, one of the best in Albania! A must go! Great service xx
