I embarked in Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦 and disembarked in Boston, USA 🇺🇸, spending 8 days and 7 nights on a cruise ship. It was a fantastic experience! 👍👍👍 Room service promptly placed the daily and next day's program schedule on the door, featuring movies, musicals, talk shows, concerts, cocktail parties, auctions, [unspecified activities], tennis 🎾, basketball 🏀, table tennis 🏓, swimming 🏊, a spa, and various other entertainment and sports. There were four restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including buffets. The itinerary consisted mostly of morning shore excursions followed by evening departures for further sea excursions. In short, it was a lot of fun!!!

The buffet restaurant on the sixth floor and the à la carte restaurant on the second floor each have their own unique features, but both are very convenient, offering food to satisfy almost everyone's needs. The bar on the third floor offers early bird meals, catering to early risers. Particularly noteworthy is the free-flowing selection of various red and white wines, whiskeys, and beers. The waiters' attentiveness is truly admirable. The entertainment on the cruise ship is truly enjoyable for energetic individuals. Especially commendable are the daily debriefings after each cruise, which provide a wealth of knowledge about seafaring. The afternoon Antarctic exploration and science lectures are particularly memorable.

The food was excellent, with each meal consisting of a three-course meal accompanied by wine. The ship's facilities were new, the rooms were nice with balconies, and the butler cleaned the rooms daily and inquired about our needs. Onboard entertainment was limited; there were over 100 free movies, but the films were quite old. There was almost no Chinese-language information, and while there were two Chinese expedition members, their assistance was limited. Hopefully, the Silversea will pay more attention to the needs of Chinese guests.

You get what you pay for; this itinerary is definitely not expensive. The food is top-notch Western cuisine, and the tour emphasizes a French romantic and carefree atmosphere. The atmosphere among passengers and staff is very comfortable. Choosing this ship for your Antarctic trip is a sure bet, especially since it's Yu Minhong's choice.
