This hotel is perfectly adequate for an overnight layover. Although the facilities are a bit old, they're well-maintained and clean, which is good. The room was spacious; our twin room even had a balcony where we could get some fresh air. It's about a fifteen-minute walk from the airport, so it's very convenient if you don't have too much luggage. There weren't many staff members, but you don't really need to tip. The chocolate chip cookies were as delicious as other reviews mentioned. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

For this price, the hotel's environment and facilities are acceptable for a one or two-night stay. The location is good, very close to the airport, and the hygiene is decent. The front desk service was okay, but the free airport shuttle service was terrible. I called the hotel three times around 10 PM from the airport to request a pick-up. Each time, the person on the phone said they would send a car immediately, but after waiting for nearly an hour, no car arrived. I ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel.

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

It’s clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful! Given the price, it’s a good hotel for budget travelers!

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

The hotel's airport shuttle is very convenient, and it is very close to Lake Angel, with a beautiful lake view! The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is rich. I stayed for three nights before and after the airport transfer. I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very new and the rooms are great. It's about a ten-minute walk from Pike Place Market, much better than the W we stayed at last time, and cheaper too. There's an outdoor parking lot right in front of the hotel, but it's not affiliated with them. It costs $50 a day, but I felt it was more convenient to park outside.

Front desk help was great and helped us move to a new room when the first one smelled like the treatment to cover up cigarette smoke. The second (ground floor) room was also nicer and seemed cleaner/newer—so, pro tip there. ‘Balcony room’ is not worth it because it overlooks a busy street and you just have one tiny elevator to get to/from the lobby and pool, which are on the ground floor. Pool water was… questionable: could not see further than 10’ underwater (with goggles)—and I wouldn’t want to risk getting this water in my eyes. (Still had fun swimming with my daughter though!) Hot tub was not hot and had no working jets. Breakfast was So-So. Typical American continental . Shuttle service good!

Pros: The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure, which was great in the cold winter. The location is super convenient, close to both the light rail and bus stops. They also offer an airport shuttle service, and the TV in the room was large. Cons: The lighting was a bit too dim, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear every thud and bump from the people exercising late at night upstairs.

Outside the hotel is the beach, the sunset is super beautiful, the sand is fine, although the waves are not suitable for swimming, but only watching the waves, watching the sunset, watching the strange woods are very satisfied, or if the itinerary has been arranged, it should be more than one night. Take the entire beach from start to finish.
