The place is clean, beds are decent and rooms are clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. You can borrow stuff for the beach for free, free pancake Breakie and coffee, and towels to use. They organized activities and have tours you can book. Overall, little older building, but they keep it clean and can’t complain.

The hotel has a parking lot, a small gym, and a swimming pool, all fully equipped. There's even a small microwave in the room, which is quite convenient for heating up food. Shell and Foodhall are right next door, and it's less than a 5-minute drive away. Since it's a newly opened hotel this year, everything looks very new and clean, and it was indeed very well cleaned. There's even hand sanitizer next to the elevator, which is reassuring, haha. Driving to the airport the next morning only took about 20 minutes, very convenient. I recommend it for a short stay~

Very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located for shopping, and the infinity pool is stunning. Unlike other resorts that are often packed with kids, this one is more suitable for adults, and perfect for business travelers or couples.

The room itself is OK, the air-conditioning is sufficient, but outside the window is the direction of the hotel door, there may be any exhaust fan, especially hot. Breakfast is casual, there are many people, but there is almost no choice, there are cupcakes, milk is cold, fortunately I brought hot water, drinks did not drink. The hotel is located in the middle lane of 2 nearest main road parallel to the seaside so want to be quieter. Check out time forgets 11 or 12 o'clock

Great location, right across from Waikiki Beach, which is super convenient if you want to enjoy the sand. It's also walkable to luxury stores, though it's a bit of a distance. The room amenities are typical of an old-school American hotel. The shower curtain in the tub is hard to use. The lower floors are incredibly noisy; you absolutely need earplugs to sleep, otherwise, the poor soundproofing will keep you up.

Let's start with the positives: The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning ocean view, and I woke up to the beautiful beach every morning 🥰. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful 🫶. The room was also very spacious; coming from Tokyo to Hawaii, I really appreciated the upgrade in space 😍. There are many bus routes right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to Pearl Harbor. The Pink Line of the 'Waikiki Trolley' also stops directly at the hotel entrance, which is great for going shopping at Ala Moana. Now for some areas for improvement: The room didn't have many amenities, and there was no free bottled water. It's a bit far from shopping and dining areas; getting to lively spots usually takes more than a 10-minute walk. However, if you love surfing 🏄‍♂️, this is a great choice as the beach is just a short walk away.

I had seen a lot of negative reviews on various platforms before, but I didn't experience any of those issues myself. 1. I checked in earlier than the official time. The front desk staff was very friendly and explained that my room was still being cleaned, so I couldn't check in immediately. I left my luggage and went out shopping. While I was out, the hotel called to say my room was ready, which was earlier than the standard check-in time. 2. I discussed my room preferences with the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It felt much better than what I had booked.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right next to a shopping mall with Target, a coffee shop, and a cookie shop, which made it very convenient. They offer free coffee every morning, which was a nice touch, and there’s yoga available (though I didn’t get the chance to try it). The room was decent, with two beds, but the lighting felt a bit too dim for my preference. Aside from that, everything was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience enjoyable. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you value convenience and a warm atmosphere.

The room felt quite new, likely having been renovated within the last two years. The only downside was the incessant sound of running water in our room, day and night. I suspect it's from a water pipe within the wall. Also, the microwave is located at the very end of the corridors on the 9th and 15th floors, built into a wall niche. If you're trying to heat up a couple of items, there's absolutely no counter space or anywhere to set things down beside it.

GGuest User1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

GGUOQINGThe hotel has good facilities and a beautiful environment. Our room is right next to the golf course. Walk in for a few minutes to the beach. The room is not very soundproof and can be heard when walking on the second floor. The parking lot charges 15 dollars.

AAnonymous UserChose it for the airport pick up/drop off, what a pleasant surprise. Great receptionist, she got me into a room early after a long overnight flight. While room dated, it clean, full amenities and comfortable bed. Pool, restaurant and was given voucher for 2 drinks so enjoyed cocktails in the bar with very nice staff. The service was respectful and helpful. I’d stay there again.

SSevost13We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

JJordan NicholasNestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. GGuest UserVery pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is definitely good in Hilo, Big Island, with beautiful scenery and a free botanical garden next to it where you can see the Hawaiian state bird, the nēnē goose. It is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The interior decoration of the room is relatively ordinary, with large white walls. There is only a small outdoor swimming pool. The sea view room I booked does face the sea with all windows. It is very beautiful when I open the curtains in the morning. There is another thunder point. This hotel does not clean the room by default for consecutive stays. You need to make an appointment for cleaning in advance or tell them that you need to clean every day when you check in. Otherwise, their room service will not enter the room! The breakfast I booked on Ctrip included three breakfasts, but in fact, their hotel can only book two by default. When I got there, I contacted Ctrip again, and Ctrip refunded me the breakfast fee for one person. Later, when I checked out, I asked the front desk to print out the bill to figure out how they calculated the breakfast. Here I will also introduce it to you: the hotel breakfast is priced at 25 yuan per person. It is not a buffet but a meal. After ordering, it will be posted to the room bill and charged according to the actual fee. But when I checked out, the front desk didn't mention the breakfast bill, and directly calculated the total bill. I found that the settlement email sent to me was the total bill including breakfast. I went back to the front desk and reminded her that I had booked a breakfast-included package. She said, ”Oh, sorry to check it.” Then she said she would refund 25 yuan/day/person (50 yuan/day) to my card. If I hadn't checked it, I would have charged it again without knowing it. So it is recommended that you don't include breakfast in this hotel. The quality of their a la carte breakfast is still good, and you can go to the restaurant to order it directly. In addition, the beverage coupons given in the lobby bar can be used in the lobby bar, but I didn't find out until the last day that it can also be used in the breakfast room. One coupon can be exchanged for a glass of juice or soft drink. Then the hotel also has free hot coffee and hot tea, but it is hidden next to the restaurant. You have to ask to understand. There are also two large cookies given when you check in, and you can ask her for them at any time. The front desk will be happy to give you two. Here I provide information for people with social anxiety and friends who are not good at English.
