Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the ******s. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon. Cleanliness: Good. Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities. Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids. Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

My tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!! Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

The hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.

Although the facilities are somewhat outdated, the front desk staff were professional and courteous during check-in. However, the housekeeping service was extremely disappointing and significantly affected our stay. I requested room cleaning multiple times—more than four times through both the front desk and directly with staff. Despite repeated assurances, the room was never cleaned. Late that night, I had to contact the front desk again, and the only thing provided was a few replacement towels. This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel. The complete failure to fulfill a basic housekeeping request greatly reduced our overall satisfaction and left a very negative impression of the property.

The waiter at the front desk is very warm and friendly. I am very humorous when communicating with you. I am also very professional and asked if we are satisfied with the room and breakfast. I can tell him if there is any opinion. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will consider staying at Chandler next time.

Very new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

Great Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff? I’m giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout ”hello” before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stay—whenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout. The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them. It’s a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed. Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.
