Good hotel. Everything as usual for this level. The room is big. My free private parking. I traveled on a motorcycle, so it's an important option for me. A great price ratio is quality. Of the downsides - not a business. When the window is open, there is a continuous noise.

We arrived at the hotel early, as our flight landed sooner than expected. Despite requesting an early check-in, we had to wait for about three hours before we could get into our room. This was a bit tiring, but the staff were quite polite and helpful, which we appreciated. However, we experienced some downsides during our stay. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the room key card kept malfunctioning. We had to go to the front desk every time to get it reactivated. This became even more frustrating because the elevator also wouldn't work without the card. The most bothersome issue was that the windows couldn't be opened. This made the room stuffy and oppressive, which really bothered me. Not being able to get fresh air was a major drawback. Overall, our stay wasn't terrible, but due to these negative points, I can't fully recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center, the location is excellent, the surrounding environment is beautiful, shopping, eating is very convenient. The staff treat people sincerely.

For your money is a great option. A quiet area, a lot of shops nearby.

The price is super affordable, and the front desk staff is enthusiastic. We drove past, parking is not very convenient, but there are service staff to help with parking, good quality and low price. Because we talked to the front desk a few more, we will give us one of the largest suites, maybe Miss Sister Good mood, always satisfied!

The hotel was decent for the price; overall, it was clean and cozy. It's in a good location, with all the sights within walking distance. I bought breakfast there for 400 lira, which is typical for hotels like this. The downside is that you can clearly hear your neighbors.

It is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center. The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small. The breakfast is quite rich, probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Türkiye. The private beach is poor, dirty, and only one bathroom is open, which is quite smelly.

If you reach here by self-drive, the hotel staff will assist you to park your car if there is none available.

The hotel is very convenient due to its location. The service quality was ***et good, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms was ***et sufficient, especially for those who would like to stay alone and for those who want a non-smoking room. It was very nice.
