Overall, the hotel is good. It's centrally located, convenient, and the restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view. I'm deducting a point for the service; it's really weird that you can't pay in cash or anything. They only ask for a card. For the restaurant and any extras, that's really weird. There's also no water cooler. The complimentary water is okay as a basic service, but then there are no other options except the minibar, which you can't pay for in cash unless you get some kind of receipt and an explanation that there are no other options. So, they let you pay in cash, but I don't understand the point of all this hassle.

Oh... this is the most amazing hotel in recent years. Travel and change hotels often. I love shower places. I was struck by the neat repair with attention to detail, everything super neatly, in the room a stunning solution with textile and a bunch of windows around the circle. It looks incrediblely stylish. Very green yard , you can have dinner in a restaurant and there just huge portions and incredible prices. + was super pleasant service. Breakfast is neat and pleasant fresh . We took an economic room, there was very little room in the bathroom, the leak in the shower is not an eye , but all these shortcomings didn't even want to see, all the rest overlaid with the lichwa. Next time we just take the room more. On the photo the hotel is worse than it is actually! It is boutique!!!!!!!!! And the style is not instagram-cold, but a pleasant cosy. We are just with her husband in delight!!!!!!! He even on Google cards he marked himself to remember him. I love hotels and carefully select them, but to be so pleased ..... For a long time, very long ago, have not experienced such joy, more than a year, in travels on 3-4 month in the year

A little bit remote part of Telavi, but cosy and silent stay. The restaurant has rather good breakfast, for supper is also ok with the prices a little bit higher than the middle in Telavi, but only a little bit. Very romantic view on the opposite side of Alazan valley (be sure you booked the room to this side, the opposite one is nothing special). No local public transport, taxi drivers are coming quick usually. Good location to start the trip Gremi - Alaverdi - Shuamta and return back. Any taxi drivers are ready to do it, 60-70 lari (local currency, 1/3 of euro approximately). Two swimming Pools, one was useless (too cold in January), the other is mostly for couples with baby's, small and with high water temperature, too hot to swim. Reception staff speaks also russian and english, rather focused on your comfortable stay, no problem to communicate.

I had a nice stay with great amenities, beautiful grounds, a delicious breakfast, and a comfortable bed. However, the service upon arrival and check-in could be more welcoming, and the WiFi signal was weak.

Хороший курортный отель. Расположен вдали от шума и суеты. Хорошие завтраки. Есть отличный бассейн. Номера чистые и комфортные, но не во всех хороший вид. За дополнительную плату предлагают дегустацию вин (35 лари) и мастеркласс по приготовлению хачапури (30 лари)

Wow, the location is absolute amazing. We stayed right in the middle of the winery, with snowy mountains as a backdrop. Rooms were large enough for a couple and luggage. Building feels brand new. Breakfast was way too much for us to finish, good problem to have. You can also have a wine tour and tasting as well. Just beware the roads to get here is not as easy, but we drove ourselves anyway. There is also a few dogs on site which belong to the winery, very friendly dogs

A beautiful hotel in the chic location of the Alaza Valley. From the window there is a view of the vineyard fields. You can visit the wine cellar. Take a tour. Travel the valley by car. Hotel is excellent. Breakfasts are excellent with delicious wine and chats. We had an improved room. It was huge. There are also villas. 3 pools. Indoor and open. You can play billiards and table tennis. There is still wine spa but we haven't used it. I highly recommend it. Next time we'll come for longer. 3 days is so little for such a wonderful edge.

This hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Shumi Winery. Facilities: Very new and well-equipped. Hygiene: Extremely clean, and the room was spacious with a small balcony. Environment: Beautiful surroundings, and the dining area was also lovely. Service: Decent. They weren't proactive, but they were always responsive when asked. The hotel has a great natural environment, and the breakfast selection was ample.

Our opening in Georgia. Two times on May holidays. Live in different rooms. Two-room room with mountain view impressed especially. Rarely write positive reviews but it is one of the best hotel parks I have visited. The only minus is part of young staff, especially guys from the checkpoint at the entrance (in addition to bad manners, very weak English and lack of knowledge of Russian).

Big bed but small room. Staff were initially a bit cold but warmed up to us during our 4 night stay.Excellently located in the center of town, yet quiet at night. Breakfasts were fabulous quality and very generous. Good value overall.
