It was about 15 mins walk from the haram, restaurants are nearby. There was a water boiler, tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was clean and equipped.Try to book a room with a city view. Overall I was satisfied.

Everything was perfect except one thing- which is the bus service when coming back from haram to the hotel was extremely poor and had to wait for a long long time till the bus came and whenever it arrived there used to be hoards of people waiting for the bus so there was always a tussle to get in the bus and secure your place. Other than this, it was very good.

This is the first time ever I felt disappointed staying at this hotel. 2 days in row my room was not getting cleaned, I put the trash bin outside the room so that they have initiative to clean up the room, but they only took the transh and changet the plastic bag instead.

From a price perspective, the cost is very competitive and personally affordable for me. The location is far from the Grand Mosque (Masjidil Haram), so transportation is necessary. There is a hotel shuttle bus service to the Haram. The shuttle buses run on time, so do not expect the bus to return for guests who are left behind. It is a relaxed 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the Haram. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Aziziyah. Everything felt clean and well-organized, and the location was convenient. What really made the difference was the staff, everyone was genuinely kind, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile specially the reception employee Abdullah. The service was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we felt comfortable the whole time. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it, especially for families.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The service is exceptional, the cleanliness is impeccable—definitely a 10/10—and the staff are incredibly helpful. Everything you might need is readily available, often without even having to ask. The hotel is about a 20–30 minute walk to the Haram, but there’s a convenient shuttle bus every hour, or you can take a taxi for just 10–15 Riyals. I’ll definitely be returning again and again!

Maashaallah tabaarakallah.. the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in makkah..the price is great, worth it. everything is excellent. The bus for haram is hourly. Waiting time for check in is smooth, and fast. The room is huge, specious, clean, complete amenities, super clean bathroom, super comfy bed, more pillows. The service was great and amazing.. special thanks to miss.Raneem for her kindness, for being nice to the guests.. and also to the receptionist miss Ro’a.. thank you for the consideration letting us to check out a bit late.. keep it up guys! Phenomenal Hotel, was genuinely shocked, looked like a palace walking in, lovely place, great location, right next to Masjid Al Qatari, super close to the Haram and extremely affordable. Overall my expectations were blown away, great room, great hotel, great price, great experience. I highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel and kindly and friendly staff.

Its a professional hotel. After a long journey allowed me to check in early without any fuss. The people in the reception spoke and understood English. They're available 24/7 and both check in and checkout process was easy. The shuttle bus drops you off at Rea Backs bus station situated just behind the clock tower and within 5 minutes walk take you at the vicinity of the holy mosque. The only con is the number of shuttle bus available. The busses gets jam packed with people and if you miss it often the next bus is after the salah. The hotel should arrange more frequent busses.
