The hotel location is the most convenient to Innsbruck train station. The room space is too small. In addition, there is no kettle provided. Hot water is requested at 13/F cafe bar. It was a little bit noise sound from train station. No coffee and tea bags is provided to customers stayed overnight at hotel. No mobility ticket is provided to customers not same as Salzburg. It is not enough socket points at the room. The shower screen window too short to prevent water coming out on the bathroom floor.

I and my son loved to stay this hotel , but only one thing was disappointing, there were two different breakfast areas, one had limited choices to eat , the other one had plenty of breakfast named business lounge, first day we had our breakfast at tiny place because no one checked our room and show where to eat , the next day we went the same place and took our plates and then by accident a guy came and asked our room , and said that we can have our breakfast at business lounge 😳 i am sorry with this situation.

We travelled as a family of 5 across Europe and must say, we had the best experience at Adlers Hotel.  Proximity to train station was good.  Views from the rooms were the  highlight.  Staff were also very patient and friendly.  All in all - a 10/10 experience for us.  Will highly recommend.

Hotel at a very beautiful location. hall in tirol thaur bahnhst just 5 min walk away and Innsbruck station 8 min from train. Hotel was clean and service good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient service. The only small downside was the lack of a few extra amenities, such as a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There were also a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the same building Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Excellent location for train station, rooms are clean but basic, no fridge or kettle but have a kettle for tea at reception. Nice breakfast with variety and make your own waffles

Although there is an electric charging station in the hotel description, the hotel staff asked for a charge of euro 5 for using it, I thought it shall be free of charge

A very new hotel in innsbruck, opened this year. It’s very accessible as it’s near to innsbruck hbf and a small walk from the town area. As it’s a new hotel, the facilities are very new and modern. The rooftop bar has a good view of the Tyrol mountain range. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and warm.

The hotel's service facilities are absolutely first-class. The exclusive hotel's Spa3000 facilities give hotel guests many preferential privileges. I would like to recommend it to everyone. The surrounding environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains, and the hot spring facilities are world-class, which beats all hot spring hotels in China. Accommodation includes buffet breakfast and formal dinner.

There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day. Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.
