Guest UserA beautiful new hotel right in the heart of Vladivostok. Impeccable service, the room is perfectly equipped, and you'll find a sweet treat waiting for you upon check-in. There's a washing machine, even laundry detergent and conditioner, which is a big plus for me. The housekeeper brings a cookie, a small gesture, but a nice one. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel has a very pleasant aroma, like expensive perfume. Definitely worth the money. My husband and I visited the steak restaurant on the 14th floor and were very satisfied. I recommend it for those who value comfort, attention, and care.

Seeing that there are very few Chinese reviews for this hotel, I decided to add one for Chinese travelers to Vladivostok. The hotel isn't located in the city center, but in a local residential area. It's convenient for seeing the bridge at night, and a taxi to the city center takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 200 rubles (about ten yuan). The advantages are that it's very quiet and fairly clean. The rooms are only on the first and second floors shown in the pictures, not the entire building. The rooms are considered large for a budget hotel in Vladivostok; compared to other budget hotels like Equatorial, Tepro, and Primoye, they are quite spacious, around 20 square meters. The room has a refrigerator, disposable toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, a towel warmer, a safe, and free Wi-Fi with decent speed. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. Overall, it's decent, and at around 260 yuan per night, it's relatively good value for money.

Guest UserThis hotel is located in the heart of Vladivostok, right on the pedestrian street, offering various art performances and colorful fountains. The room rate includes a delicious Russian buffet breakfast, which is absolutely great value for money. Just one street away, at Semenovskaya Square, there's a bus terminal where you can catch buses to all attractions. I even took the No. 23 bus from there to the long-distance bus station in the north. A thoughtful touch is that the first bus departs at 6:00 AM, and the international bus back to Hunchun leaves at 7:00 AM, which is very convenient for independent travelers like us ❤️

Guest User1. The hotel's facilities are quite new. The air conditioning cools down quickly, and there's an elevator available for guests (some online reviews incorrectly claimed it was only for luggage).
2. The service, however, was just average. Julia was excellent and very responsible. Even after a disagreement when we were leaving, she still helped us put our luggage on the conveyor belt. When another guest lost an inexpensive towel, she was profusely apologetic and very thoughtful.
However, because Julia was dealing with the towel issue when we arrived to check in, we were stuck with the poor service from the male manager at the front desk. In China, front desk managers are usually more skilled than regular staff, but this manager's professionalism was very low. During check-in, he wouldn't let me stand at the front desk, instead telling me to wait for him in the restaurant for five minutes. Twenty minutes passed, and he still hadn't told us that the check-in process was actually complete. I had to go back to the front desk to ask, and it was only when Julia happened to turn around and see our already processed room cards that we were able to check in. He also kept pointing at words on the wall and saying ”lift, lift” – was he trying to teach me English words? Shouldn't he have pointed towards the elevator or directly shown guests where it was at that point?!
3. Our dispute centered on the room type. I booked the room based on the pictures of a premium room, so the hotel should have given me the room shown in the pictures. If there was going to be a difference upon actual check-in, they should have informed me in advance. But the male manager didn't say anything! Anyway, we were only staying for one night, and I couldn't be bothered to pursue it further. I just complained a bit to Julia and then canceled our subsequent bookings.

Anonymous UserHello. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the city center. This isn't our first stay here. The hotel is old, even after renovation. We booked a room with a bay view, and I've attached photos. It's literally a 5-minute walk to the train and sea stations on Aleutskaya Street, and about a 10-minute leisurely stroll to the Government Square, which is Svetlana Street. We booked the room through Trip.ru. Even with some discounts, it was still expensive – 5150 rubles per night.
The room itself is spacious, equipped with a wardrobe, nightstand, TV with remote, a double bed, a coffee table with two armchairs, two bedside tables, a dressing table with a mirror, an electric kettle, two tea sets with spoons, and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, and multi-use soap and shower gel dispensers built into the wall. There's no shampoo or conditioner, but there is toilet paper. However, there are no tissues in the room. Disposable slippers are provided upon check-in.
A big downside is that cleaning isn't done daily, and consequently, toiletries aren't replenished – we weren't aware of this. To get your room cleaned, you need to hang a sign (it's in the wardrobe). We did.
Overall, for such a high price, daily cleaning and replenishment of sanitary and hygiene supplies should definitely be standard.

Overall it is good, the neighborhood is very close to the park and away from the main road. Some people commented that the need to climb is a disadvantage. I think the opposite is the opposite. If you don't face the street, you won't be disturbed by those cars that blow up the street. However, it would be better if you add some road signs to guide you.
The disadvantage is that the hotel is very hot! I stayed during the May Day holiday, and the heating in the bathroom was particularly sufficient, as if it was still counting the winter. It is hot enough to turn on the air conditioner (the air conditioner remote control has no battery, and finally it is turned on with the infrared remote control of the mobile phone)

HaikuotiankongCHENThe first night, I booked a room directly at the front desk for 4000 rubles without breakfast. The room was a bit small but still around 40 square meters, which is considered quite large in Vladivostok. Compared to the nearby Novotel, which costs about 1000 RMB per night, it's really incomparable. The next day, I used points on Ctrip to extend my stay for another night for only 350 RMB, also without breakfast. They upgraded me to a large sea-view suite, room 406, which was 60 square meters. There's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending!

ZhangyuanyuanyuanThe location is very good! In the peak season of Vladivostok, this price can live in this standard, maybe because it just opened? The moment I opened the door was a surprise. But I have to mention that the store's response speed is very slow and often does not reply. There was no front desk, and I waited for five or six hours. I sent us a password to check in by myself. The first night I made a mistake in the room, scaring the young lady inside!
The power outage in the whole area on the second night was restored after about two hours. All in all, in Vladivostok, the sanitary conditions and living environment are good.

The room is next to the flower shop,
Very beautiful, because the roof is high, the space is very large.
The bathroom is particularly comfortable to use.
The bathrobes and slippers are very comfortable.
There is a small refrigerator and oven.
But I don't know and I didn't ask how many rooms,
Maybe one, maybe somewhere else.
Not a hotel with many rooms in the traditional sense.
We booked in advance and stayed for 3 days.
They can stay at 2 pm,
If you arrive early and you can't find anyone,
You can add the administrator's WeChat or whatsapp on the door.
They came back to pick you up, about 100 meters away,
There is their cafe to wait.
If you need to clean, you can inform WeChat in advance.
Otherwise they wouldn't come in and clean it without telling you,
I love this .
The overall feeling is very good 👍🏻

Classy apartments, out of the window, a beautiful view of the golden bay and the gold bridge. There is a small viewing area in front of the hotel. Good and responsive administrator. The room has everything necessary for comfortable accommodation. If we still arrive in Vladivostok, we will definitely return here)
