"Второй раз а этом отеле.при бронировании не могла вспомнить, где жила , думала, лишь бы не туда .приезжаю-а нет, это он же, проблемы все те же -заходишь с улицы в ресторан практически в очень тесный холл, шум и запахи, встречает администратор ресторана , потом попадаешь на рецепшн .лифта нет ,если чемодан, то тащить самой надо . чтоб открыть дверь на лестницу (узкую, минимально, наверно, по пожарным нормам ширина, 90 см)карабкаешься к себе на этаж. И все бы ничего, но виды опять на крышу заднего двора с кондиционерами.опять всю ночь шум был от vrf блоков , кому важен хоть минимальный вид из окон,плохо переносят шум -мимо проходите.налепили себе вывеску с 5 звёздами .позорище"

1. excellent reception. registration stand works 24 hours a day, everyone will tell and tell, very pleasant staff. excellent service
2. Rooms.completely match the picture, clean. despite cold weather in the room is warm but not hot and not hot. beds and pillows are comfortable, lingerie comfortable
3. breakfast. Well it's just a class. very convenient you can make a pre-order via Quarcode in half an hour or you can just come to the restaurant. portions of choir and everything is very delicious. you can also order in the room
4. location. excellent, but for summer months, near the embankment, to the center on foot minutes 15-20

Хорошая, новая гостиница. Номера удобные. Тепло. Панорамные окна. Удобная кровать. Завтрак вкусный. Варианты приготовления яиц, сосиски, гарнир на выбор, каши, овощи свежие и тушёные, салат-бар, хлопья, мюсли. Всё свежее. Качественный кофе из кофемашины в любое время дня + дневной перекус!

Guest UserЕдинственный хороший отель в Пермь с таким сервисом. Ребята в ресторане немного региональные и тормозят. Два раза попросил сделать сендвич в и тоге так и не принесли ни разу)

The room is small, cold. I asked to bring the heater and the second blanket, brought the horribly dirty and unworkable heater. The windows are small, and the net on the windows, like somewhere in the prison. The lighting is dark, the problem with the number of rails, the TV showed only the hotel advertising. The room has no elementary things in the form of a teapot, bottle of water, etc. When settled behind the door, the b/u hood was lying behind the door. The room is not very clean. The only thing that is convenient is the bed and pillow and still location. When I visit Perm, will I stay in this hotel? I can tell you exactly that no and I don't recommend it

ЮлияФWe have been staying in City Star for a few ice in a row and there was no desire to change the hotel. The hotel has a successful location, next to the embankment, in a walk of a lot of restaurants. Delicious diverse breakfasts, cleanliness in rooms and good service.

Вполне неплохой отель около аэропорта, номер был чистый, есть чайник, вода, чай.
Предоставляют трансфер в аэропорт, в трансфере в холодильнике есть вода, можно взять с собой, ерунда, но приятно. Есть лаунж зона, можно перекусить в любое время.

All aspects are quite satisfactory, that is, the hotel entrance is under construction, a big pit is dug, can not pass, we circled the hotel for two laps to find the entrance location parking. Guests also need seven bends and eight turns to reach the hotel lobby, others are satisfied.

Traveling, the room recommended by the customer is about five kilometers away from the city. It is cheaper to play. It is about 30. There are some snacks near the hotel.
Breakfast is OK Fruit cake. I am a Chinese stomach, so I usually eat some fruit muscle blocks, etc.
