Loved everything about this hotel! From the very courteous staff, decent breakfast spread, the amenities, and the room. Everything was excellent! Check-in time was at 2 or 3pm but I was able to check-in around 10am for a fee of P1,500. I’m so glad I chanced upon Grand Westside, and I’ll surely be back.
My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel, and our overall experience was better than expected. The hotel is located near Manila's Chinatown, within walking distance of many famous restaurants and street food stalls in Binondo, which is very convenient for couples who enjoy exploring local food during their stay. The room space was significantly larger than typical city hotels; we could spread out our luggage without feeling cramped. The bathroom was also unusually spacious, big enough for two people to use comfortably at the same time. The bed's comfort deserves a special mention – the mattress was just right, not too soft or too firm, with good support, and we slept soundly for several nights. The room was generally clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly.
However, there were some drawbacks. The area where the hotel is located is bustling during the day, but the surrounding streets look a bit old and cluttered, which might be a bit off-putting for first-time visitors. Some facilities show their age, with occasional signs of maintenance, and the internet speed and air conditioning weren't always consistently stable. Overall, if you're a couple looking to explore Binondo's culinary scene and old Manila culture, this hotel offers excellent value for money. But if you're seeking the luxury and modernity of a resort-style hotel, you might find it falls a bit short.
The hotel is located directly opposite T3i and is a convenient 10-minute walk across the skybridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food, and they even have a buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The hotel is very near T3, but far from T1 airport. Most people assume just because it is near Terminal 3, they can walk over from Terminal one to the hotel. Not in Manila, there is a free shuttle from T1 to T3 and visa versa.
The hotel itself is actually very clean and i had a great stay.
Staying at kingsford is great. The only downfall was the food during the breakfast, there's so much choices but the quality is not good (most of the fried dishes are too tough - fish fillet, bacon, sausages) but still good.
In terms of service, the only problem was i tried calling the housekeeping to request some kits two times but both calls don't have answers. But still good to stay here if you want to relax and enjoy the view of the okada.

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. The new building's rooms had a strong odor, especially on the higher floors, so I had to switch rooms twice. The front desk kept saying they were fully booked and couldn't make any changes. In the end, we had to call a manager to resolve the issue. A male manager, in particular, was very kind and patient, and he efficiently sorted everything out for us.
The biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Being within Newport World Resorts also meant easy access to restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options without needing to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s not very spacious, but it had everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Service was efficient and polite. Staff were helpful, especially with check-in and basic requests. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay, layover, or business trip, especially if proximity to the airport is a priority.
Facilities: A bit old, but it has all the essentials. The breakfast is abundant, though the taste might be a bit lacking for Chinese palates.
Cleanliness: Pretty good, cleaned daily.
Environment: The surrounding area is relatively remote, but there are armed security guards at the entrance, so safety shouldn't be an issue.
Service: From the front desk to the housekeepers and the security guards at the door, the staff's overall service is quite warm and attentive.
Good hotel. It was clean, and the breakfasts were good (staff seated guests for breakfast, so there were no issues with finding a table. We served ourselves). No elevator queues. There isn't much to see in Manila, so we were happy to just stay in our room.

Location: 4.5/5
Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.
Value: 4/5
Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee.
Room: 3/5
The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.
Cleanliness: 5/5
Bathroom was neat and well-maintained.
Service: 5/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Facilities: 5/5
Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.
Final Take:
Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.
RRJDomo16The room was comfortable and clean, albeit a bit old. I arrived at 10am and wanted to see if I can check-in early but they said it would cost Php200/hour which seems greedy to me. They did check me in at around 12nn so maybe they just got tired of seeing me napping in the lobby.
The food is decent especially for the included breakfast buffet. The location was good for me since Inhad business in QC. Overall a good experience, I just wish the didn't charge so much for early check-ins.

TTravelGuy2Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.
PPonyobeyI'll definitely be back. Great city views, close to SM Aura and Ayala Mall, and plenty of restaurants, laundromats, food stalls, and more. They also have Mang Inasal and a 7-Eleven. Close to BGC... And I really like the Pork Tocino on their breakfast menu.
KKj1111I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience.
The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive with my requests throughout our stay.
They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.
I would especially like to commend the team for providing excellent service and for always assisting us with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay truly remarkable! 😊

“I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the service was excellent. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my stay.”
,unstable connection in wifi is the problem.
JJessamine AI think the only thing that you may want to consider to look into is the number of key cards given to guests. We’ve booked a room with 2 beds (2 adults) but we were only given 1 key card. It’s quite a hassle. Other that that, all great!
