I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. . The staff were friendly, polite, and very accommodating to our needs. The location is also very convenient, especially since it is close to malls and transportation.
I had my best experience at this hotel.
We didn’t even realize we had lost money, but when we returned to the hotel,
a staff stopped us and asked if we had lost some cash — they had already kept it safe for us.
We are truly grateful. Because of you, we have a different impression of Manila.
We will come back!Appreciate!
Satisfied customer here!
We had a wonderful staycation in your hotel. Room was incredibly clean and spacious. The staff were very attentive and approachable. Loved the spacious pool area, which was perfectly for a relaxing afternon. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of dishes. Will definitely coming back and highly recommended.
Thank you for made us feel truly welcomed. More power Grand West Side!
I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible.
Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise.
Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport.
I recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway near south of Manila. It’s near SM MOA, Ikea, Parqal, and other Manila Bay establishments. The room is small and does not have a view, but it is complete. The room has mini fridge, microwave oven, study desk, safety deposit box, hair dryer, bedroom slippers, and two (daily) free bottles of water. The toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, and body soap. We stayed for 3 nights, but the slippers were not changed and we had to request for towels (they quickly provided though). The highlight of our stay is the breakfast. They changed the food everyday, but I recommend that you try the pancakes and the noodle station.
Had a great extended stay here! Everything remained consistent—comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and friendly service. Awesome sunset view from my room. I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy all the facilities this time, so I’ll definitely be coming back to experience them on my next visit. Looking forward to staying here again!
Booked an executive room. It is spacious for the price I paid for. Great value if you want a big room even for 2-3 people.
It is nicely located a few steps away from Ongpin St. Nicely located near good popular Chinese restaurants.
Great location near Terminal 3, less than 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Perfect for a long layover or a short rest between flights.
Rooms are very small but sufficient for a few hours or an overnight transit stay. There is air conditioning, 24-hour check-in, and the area feels safe. Cafés are within walking distance, which is very convenient. There is also a 4-hour stay option available, which is ideal for short transit stops.
There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, but you can request it at the reception free of charge.
Overall, a practical and convenient airport option.
It's my first time to checked in with this hotel, but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow. And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place, housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean. They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness, the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you.

JJunnDWe chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab.
During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting.
Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options.
On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated.
It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind.
Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.
JJane MorallosWe had a great stay in this hotel.
the staff are all warm and welcoming!
Amenities: we only use the pool and we don’t have anybody with us, it’s all for ourselves so we enjoyed it so much.. Though the pool is just small.
breakfast buffet is just OK.. I could wish tbey can have more to offer., but nonetheless the food tastes nice and very Filipino.

JJazzy DGreat location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast
We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC.
Pros:
• Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC
• Rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive.
Cons:
• The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers.
• Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time.
Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.
SShai AlontoI will definitely book here again, in my future visit to BGC. The location is good, very clean rooms with polite staffs and guards. The lobby may feel cramped since there are a lot of guests even in the waiting area for elevator.
A hair dryer is also available while press iron (for clothes) is available upon request. Over-all experience is great. I booked same day and still got a good deal and value for money.

GGuest UserBig respect to the security guard and also to the front desk who immediately take care of our arrival.Highly recommended for business travel stay. They will make your stay very comfy
Rrose_leenOur first-ever staycation was truly a wonderful experience! ✨ It’s the perfect place to celebrate any occasion. We really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary greetings, balloons, and cake for our daughter’s 7th birthday—it made the celebration extra special. The facilities were excellent, and the kids had so much fun enjoying the pool. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we will definitely be coming back!
