The hotel is in a great location, with a historic atmosphere and beautiful environment. It is close to the city square and is quiet and comfortable. Disposable items such as slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, so you need to bring your own in advance.
Mooi kasteelhotel in een mooie omgeving. Rustig en groen. Fijn terras. Grote kamers, zacht lekker bed. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Lekker eten. Aandacht voor wensen van gasten, voor mij als minder-valide was er een douchestoeltje in de douche gezet. Een aanrader voor iedereen die een meer persoonlijk hotel met aandacht voor de gasten zoekt.
Beautiful castle hotel in a beautiful environment. Quiet and green. Nice terrace. Large rooms, soft comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Good food. Attention to the wishes of guests, for me as a disabled person there was a shower chair in the shower. A recommendation for anyone looking for a more personal hotel with attention to the guests.
The front desk directly upgraded the room, but did not say that when I entered the room, I found that the huge space, four single beds were made into two, and there was an oversized sofa and bathroom, all kinds of perfect.
Goed verzorgd ontbijt.
The room facilities are very new, with two beds, one of which is a single bed that is folded in the closet and needs to be folded down, which is very interesting. The mattress is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Free parking is available and the breakfast is also great.
Excellent location. Beautiful hotel and beautiful large rooms. Good service and friendly staff. Rooms are equipped with spacious bathrooms. We have enjoyed it. Really a adviser. We will surely come back in the future. Ideal for a few days Roermond. All is at walking distance, bars, restaurants and shops. Outlet is also at walking distance.
The price is very high, the hotel belongs to the typical European town characteristics, there are not many rooms, but the room is large in size, the bathroom setting is very comfortable, and the bathroom room has a separate room design. The scenery of the town is particularly beautiful.
I stayed for one night to go to the cave Christmas market.
The back part of the church was just renovated and it was beautiful and clean.
It is within walking distance from the station and from the city center.
Breakfast was simple but delicious, open and light at night I used the bar, but the staff were professional and comfortable.
I will use it if I have a chance to go again.
Had an excellent and spacious economy room in a beautiful building. Good shower facilities. The employees at the reception are courteous. Asked for a kettle and were immediately asked if we also wanted cups and tea bags. From here we were able to continue with the Dutch Mountain Trail, wonderfully rested.

Very Good
GGuest UserOur TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 6 pm. Reported at check-out. Answer: thanks for reporting and sorry for that. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use them. We did not make a fuss about it, it is not worth it, but it is a shame. Otherwise a great hotel!

YYUCHENGGood location, nice serving and clean room.
But the facilities are really old. I think the most modern thing is the LCD TV.
We have to said the room and the reception are nice and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and help to solve your problems.
GGuest UserWe have been in the hotel for two days and it was good despite other people having less experience, so do not share that opinion, especially John who asked for breakfast this morning gave some information about things you could still visit in Maastricht, And the breakfast was just good, if you wanted to bake a owl for you.
And hygiene was good, clean bed and shower and toilet.
Dus onze ervaring was positief.

ДДИTIЭЯI recently stayed at a hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. It was a pretty decent place for the price. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, especially if you're visiting Maastricht University. While it may not have fancy extras, it's a solid choice if you want a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing comfort.
GGuest UserVery good experience, this season is very comfortable to travel, the environment is clean and beautiful, the attitude is also very good, the experience of being at home, parents are very happy to play

MMohamed Sameh SolimanHotel environment was good
BUT :
1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours.
2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment.
3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception!
Not the right attitude for a service organization.
GGuest UserI read lots of reviews before booking this place and wasn’t disappointed at all. It’s located very near to the train station so you don’t have to walk far. This is by far one of the best hostels I have stayed in! The bunk bed cabins gave adequate privacy, the showers were strong and with hot water, the breakfast (which can be added for €14) was great.
Then staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you need to wash your clothes, they have a washing machine that can be used.
The common area was very cozy with lotsa greenery around you.
Highly recommend to stay here if you’re in Maastricht.
TTeresasasaThe location is very good and convenient. You can easily visit the scenic spots in the city. It is a small town worth visiting. It is just right to stay for one night. It is recommended to stay. The location is excellent. Good! ! !
