I booked a hotel for my colleagues in the company. The price fluctuated a lot and the room status also changed frequently. Jiben usually stays at this Jiudian hotel when he travels on business. There is nothing else to comment on.
This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need.
The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.
The standard of domestic express hotels is even lower, and the toilet and shower room are the level of domestic hotels. There are two security guards on duty at the gate, which can be seen that the surrounding night security is generally. From time to time, local residents walk out of their rooms and call at the end of the corridor, giving people a feeling of insecurity. Most of the local residents encountered in the elevator gave people a bad impression. The front desk staff was very friendly and gentle and helpful, and the two security guards at the gate were also very polite and asked questions and liked it.
The room is well-equipped, and there is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the door.
The front desk service attitude is very good.
Today we had an early morning flight, and we took an Uber and waited for a long time, but the car didn't come. Because it was too early, the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us ask his colleagues to take us to the airport for free. I am very grateful.
During the day, the hotel provides free airport transportation.
It made guests feel at home! Good reviews
Colleagues live in a new building, which is relatively new, breakfast is a traditional Mexican breakfast, go out to about 1K There are quite a few restaurants to try
Reasonable price
I stayed here for two months and it was a great hotel. The executive suite also has free breakfast and executive lounge access. If you want to come to Tijuana, this is a good choice.
When staying at Rosarito Beach Hotel, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore all that Rosarito has to offer.
This property has a pool, including a heated pool. To recharge your batteries or simply relax, visit the property's spa or sauna. The gym provides a place for guests to work out.
You'll find a restaurant at the property with a variety of dining options available. Enjoy a meal right from the comfort of your room with room service from the on-site restaurant. Want to grab something to drink? Head to the in-house bar or cafe.
At this hotel, you'll also find facilities including a garden and playground. For extra convenience free luggage storage are available at the property as well.
Guests arriving by car can use the property's parking lot.
Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.
The place was alright for sleeping and resting. Rooms were clean and properly equipped with tv, clean bed sheets and comforters, a blow dryer and working ac. The free breakfast was ok too, nothing fancy but fresh. Price rate was reasonable for what the hotel offered.

NNomadSteveBy far the best priced ” Nice Hotel ” in TJ. Even if you were to find a place for $5 to $10 less dollars take a great piece of advice look at both hotels before you book them because I bet you the West Plaza going to be worth way more to you. I'm in the next basketball player so most ex basketball players know everything by 15 ft because that's how far the free throw line is this looks like almost a square 15 the living room so that would get you at 3:25 to 350 and then you got about another $150 in the bathroom so it's plenty of room if you're a family and you need two beds the rooms are huge and one other thing I throw in if you were to bring a lot of people they better room here that I've never seen before it's cross the street from it across the room for me I wish I could take a picture of it it has three beds in it and it's beautiful
MMissFThe room is clean and tidy, convenient to the hotel after parking, there are all the shops around, go out to play and drive in less than 20 minutes to reach the beach and many attractions

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked.
Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, about 3 kilometers from the US border, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is within 1 km from the bar street and 400 to 500 meters from Revolution Avenue, which can be walked. The room is really big and the hygiene is OK. When I first entered the room, I felt that the smell was a bit strong but it was acceptable. After a while, I may get used to it. Please note that the hotel does not have luggage storage service. When I was about to check out, I asked the front desk and found out that I could not store my luggage. They said there was no place. I asked if there was any other place to store my luggage, but they didn’t know. Later, I had to pay 20 US dollars to delay the check-out until 3 pm.
刘刘Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.
JJerewillI really do like the hotel and staff And the location is great. The only thing that I am not happy with is the constant construction noise. It is very hard to rest or sleep
GGuest UserHotel is a on a nice little area. There were no huge issues but also nothing above the ordinary. Our cabanas were clean. 4 of their 6 houses are by the pool, working WiFi, electronic doors and rooftop decks. The other two houses are in a gulch, with sliding access doors that don’t really work and keys that don’t really lock. WiFi doesn’t work down there. Funny enough there is no cell reception either. If you need to work, go elsewhere. There is no check in or staff anywhere. If I was in one of the other units it probably would’ve been a 4/5. This place is probably worth $100 a night. 200-300 is overpriced in my opinion
AAmei2956The room is spacious and clean. When I came here, the smell was too strong and I didn't like it. After turning on the air conditioner, the smell was not so strong. The attitude of the security guard downstairs was a bit unfriendly. When I took a cup of hot water, I saw his disgusted expression!
The hotel can prepare a hot and cold water dispenser in the public area for guests to take by themselves! No need to bother other waiters,
GGuest UserHeavy rains in the area made it impossible to get to the location. The hotel did not want to reschedule for us or cancel the reservation. We lost the money.
