GGuest UserThe hotel is surrounded by a nice environment. Opposite is the racecourse and you can see Fort Hill. The service is friendly. We wanted to take a taxi to Port Louis. The boss said it would take a while and showed us the route. We arrived in a few minutes and passed a church and a market. The snacks on the roadside stalls are very cheap. The building in the picture is the hotel

GGuest UserSuper hôtel très bien situé, à proximité des transports, resto, centre ville. Les chambres sont vieillissantes ayant besoin d’une rénovation mais restent très convenables, très propres et bon espace. L’attention des chocolats tous les soirs c’est plaisant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais trop répété (toujours les mêmes choses). Le service est top. Je suis satisfaite.

! На ресепшене стоял навязчивый, некомпетентный молодой сотрудник на вид лет 15-16, не знает никаких норм этикета, субординации, который буквально ворвался в номер, когда моя девушка работала по видеосвязи. Начал ходить по всему номеру на заднем фоне, что-то говорить очень громко на своем языке и показывать мне на парковку. После этого он настойчиво требовал перепарковать мою машину на другое место с возвратом ключей в номер. Я передал ему ключи от машины. Выйдя через несколько минут за ним, увидел, как он не умело управлял машиной, путал передачи, при мне на маленькой парковке нажал полный газ и сшиб кусты, буквально подпрыгнул на бордюре, чудом не разбив мою машину, ужасно криво припарковал заняв два места, и после него мне пришлось перепарковывать за ним свой автомобиль !
Душевая комната закрытая дверью, вся ручка в грибке и плесени, очень плохо моют душевую комнату. Жутко неудобный смеситель в раковине, невозможно помыть руки, так как смеситель расположен очень низко к раковине. Холодильник очень маленький и плохо пахнет. Меню в номере было мятое и облитое вином, как такое можно класть. Постель пахла чем-то, возможно химией.
