Ottimo albergo servizio come le pulizie impeccabili, camera standard un po’ piccola ma buona…gli unici due nei il servizio spa che potrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo e secondo la struttura è un po’ lontana dalle piste da sci …ma nel complesso ci ritorneremo

Excellent service in all respects: staff were friendly, friendly and always ready to meet all our needs. We felt comfortable immediately thanks to their professionality and gentleness. Attention to details and customer care have made our experience really pleasant and without any negative notes. We have been really good and we can only advise anyone who wants genuine quality and hospitality.

The hotel is clean, near the sea and very central area.
Sorry for the low sound-release of the rooms and the mounted mattress is not very comfortable.
We did not try breakfast and the parking costs €10 per night.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

This is a newer hotel situated in a perfect location. The rooms are large, clean and modern. There is a bus stop across the street and a taxi stand next to the front entrance. It has a cafe attached to the building and a restaurant on the first floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful…I will definitely return!

CChristutiStaff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserI WAS IN PESCARA FOR THE 2024 WORLD SKATE GAMES FOR SPEED SKATING AND THE HOTEL WAS RIGHT AT THE HEART OF ALL THE EVENTS FOR THE WEEKEND RIGHT AT THE START FINISH LINE AND STAGE FOR CEREMONIES. THE STAFF AT THE DESK WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND HELPFUL TO OUR NEEDS. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. DINNER SERVICE AT THE RESTURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR HAD SLOW BAD SERVICE BUT THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. I RATE THIS SEPERATE FROM THE HOTEL. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

GGuest UserExcellent experience: despite the fact that in those days the hotel was completely full for a particularly popular convention, the hotel staff was fully able to make us feel at home, guaranteeing professionalism and precision. The room was equipped with everything and was clean. The breakfast service is also good. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe hotel room is relatively large, but the room facilities are relatively simple. The room has no hot water bottle, no coffee pot, and no cup for drinking water. The most hateful thing is that the hotel treats mainland customers differently from Taiwanese customers. I can't cancel after booking online, can't change! My six-day itinerary, for special reasons, needs to be late to three days, two weeks in advance to negotiate with the hotel, propose to modify the itinerary, but the hotel still charges six days of room rate! And my Taiwanese friends can cancel at any time through their direct booking! My Italian friend told me that it was unreasonable to charge me an extra three days, usually because I was late to the maximum - one night.

Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità da uno staff attento e cordiale, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La camera era splendida: spaziosa, luminosa, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort.
La Spa è incantevole: ambienti curati, atmosfera rilassante e trattamenti rigeneranti, un’esperienza sensoriale vivamente consigliata.
Ottima anche la colazione: un trionfo di sapori e qualità! Dalle opzioni dolci alle proposte salate, tutto era fresco, vario e presentato con grande cura.
Torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura, è raro trovare un equilibrio così perfetto tra eleganza, comfort e attenzione al cliente. Complimenti a tutto il team!
