"It's some flats in a bigger complex, which made it a little bit hard to find. Everything is fully automated, you won't see any staff. The upper part of the flat with the bed has an extremely low ceiling.
But all of that is complaining on a high level - it's very well equipped, the location is fantastic, and the cleanliness is spotless.
So if you are aware what you are booking, it's absolutely fine."

SStef T.Hotels in Estonia are always of high standard, so I am more critical towards this hotel. Most of the things are expected: plenty of food options for the breakfast, good quality service at the reception (plus the convenient online check in in advance so the actual process is easy and fast), well decorated hotel. The only improvement is the quality of the cleaning in the room: when I arrived at the room, I could notice some dirt in the toilet bowl and a bunch of hair on the surface in the bathroom. They can get my five star if they could pay more attention to when cleaning the room.

GGuest UserClose to Tartu bus station, sauna and gym on the 5th floor, salmon, meatballs, special cakes for breakfast, room equipment is a bit old, only a plug near the bed

Nnkxxga bit vintage hotel but the cleanliness and service are totally satisfactory, nice breakfast provided although only with limited food choice. Walkable distance to tourists spot and coach station, good economic choice of a short stay.

GGuest UserMy experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that ”nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room”, which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.

ZzxjzycThe location of the old city is excellent, nearby restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, attractions, small rooms are a common problem in Europe, but the sex ratio is very good, travel is recommended

近近藤眞理子I think this is a very good hotel. The location is good and the staff are very kind. The breakfast is also very delicious. I was happy to have a coffee machine in the room. I would like to stay here again when I come to Tartu.

Amazing
GGuest UserThere is a big bathtub, which is very suitable for relieving fatigue. There is a restaurant nearby. You can see the University of Tartu from the window of the hotel. It is an antique hotel. The underground restaurant also gives a feeling of old-fashioned and the warm breakfast was really good. Of course, the staff are friendly ~
If I go to Tartu again, I will stay here again.

GGuest UserVery good location at the hotel. Beautiful, clean. The sauna in the room gave a lot more. Breakfast was always stable and good and no hunger was. Food was also sufficiently different to make everyone beautify something in the stomach.

GGuest UserWe arrived late at night, hotel service is very good, close to the city center, very convenient
