The hotel management often staffs the lobby, and every guest entering is warmly greeted and engaged in friendly conversation, providing truly heartwarming service. The front desk staff handles check-ins efficiently and patiently. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the dining areas are spotless. Bellhops are proactive in assisting with luggage. The service from all departments is meticulous and thoughtful, ensuring an overall comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kashgar.

Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience.

The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and breakfast offered delicious local specialties. The front desk service was attentive and helpful. It's definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Urumqi.

During my Xinjiang trip, I stayed in hotels ranging from 400 to 3000 yuan. Even though this Hampton was the cheapest, it didn't compromise on service or attention to detail. When I evaluate a hotel, I usually focus on two things: first, the cleanliness of hidden corners in the room, especially the shower and sink areas, and the freshness of the towels. This hotel excelled in all these aspects. Second, I look at the freshness of the breakfast items, particularly the salad. While the variety of choices depends on the hotel's positioning and class, the freshness truly reflects the hotel's care and management. For this, I have to give this Hampton a huge thumbs-up. All the staff I encountered were also very friendly.

The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The laundry service was incredibly convenient, and the hotel's downtown location meant there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. If I return to Yining, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

As a Ctrip Diamond customer and Atour member, I prefer to travel through reputable platforms like Ctrip and with reliable nationwide hotel chains like Atour. My 9-day trip to Southern Xinjiang went smoothly, culminating in a stay at the Atour Hotel in Aksu. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist even kindly recommended several local restaurants, reminding us that the room had central heating and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, suggesting we use the air conditioning if it was too hot. However, to my utter dismay, the consistently highly rated Atour Hotel Aksu turned off the air conditioning at night, leaving us unable to regulate the room temperature. In the northern climate with central heating, we spent the entire night awake in temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. The air in the room was practically suffocating; it felt like our throats were on fire. We ended up having to leave the door and windows open, and were forced to check out early at 6 AM to catch our flight. As a hotel that frequently operates in northern China, I don't know why they turned off the air conditioning, and their failure to address our complaint after we contacted the front desk is truly disappointing!

I know the hotel probably doesn't care about reviews anymore, but their unprofessionalism was evident right from the airport pickup. It wasn't even the front desk that answered the phone when I tried to contact the hotel! Luckily, there was a pickup service at 12, which is why I'm giving a mediocre review. But if there's no pickup service at 12, why is it listed as available? The bed was a bit dirty, and the towels were old. It's 2026 now, and when my delivery arrived, it was just left in a corner downstairs, no call, no delivery robot. The security guards have a very 'politicized' vibe; I suggest giving them permanent government positions, so their attitude isn't wasted.

This was my first time in Tashkurgan, and after browsing various platforms and recommendations, I finally settled on the Vanishing Starry Sky Camp. My stay was incredibly satisfying. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the location was superb, and the views were absolutely stunning! The room was tidy and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a great variety, making for a fantastic overall experience! Traveling with kids, I was particularly pleased. The lobby area had a small play zone, and there were various facilities for children right next to our room. The staff were very attentive to the little ones, making it perfect for a family trip!

The single buffet breakfast was excellent and diverse. The facilities are comprehensive. My friend had a great time, the place was very clean, and parking was convenient. The hotel staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yining. The people of Xinjiang are all very warm and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Urumqi High-Speed Railway Station was absolutely perfect! The lobby is grand, elegant, and stylish. Upon entering, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was spotless, the bed soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent. The bathroom amenities were high quality. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is convenient for getting around, and you can tell they pay attention to every detail. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
