The hotel environment is exceptionally good and very clean. The decor also has an exotic flair, and the breakfast is excellent, especially the naan bread, which was the best we've had since arriving in Kashgar. The front desk lady was very kind and even reminded us to register our license plate number to waive the parking fee. The hotel is very close to the East Gate of Kashgar Old City and Kunlun Tower, making it super convenient to visit the Old City. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and if you're visiting Kashgar Old City, this hotel is definitely the right choice!

The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

The best part about staying at Atour is that the hygiene and service are consistently reliable. The location is convenient with great places to explore nearby. All the facilities are new and function perfectly. Having a humidifier and laundry room is very practical, and the service is excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Liuxing Street. The building itself is newly constructed and very modern. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and the service was great. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, the hygiene is impeccable, and the facilities are comprehensive. For this season, the price was genuinely good value for money. Plus, the breakfast selection was very rich. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely make this my first choice next time I visit Yili!

I stayed in Kashgar for quite a while this time, and booked two hotels consecutively. Comparing them, I highly recommend Atour. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are very complete, and the hygiene is excellent. Most importantly, the service is top-notch. When I checked in, they had me add the butler's WeChat, which was great for getting my needs met very promptly. A few things really stood out: the congee at 9:30 PM, which helped alleviate our altitude sickness symptoms after returning from Taxkorgan. The congee was perfectly cooked, and the Cantonese dishes at the restaurant were also good. The breakfast was incredibly abundant, much better than the breakfast at the other hotel we booked. I forgot my thermos when I left and only realized it after returning to Nanjing. After contacting the butler, they immediately found it and mailed it to me, for which I'm very grateful! The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, which could be improved.

We couldn't find the address, and they patiently guided us over the phone. The room had a welcome handwritten card and a hand-drawn notebook.
