This hotel is super convenient, just a two-minute drive to the Nalat grassland scenic area. It's a pretty big hotel with spacious rooms. They even upgraded us to a triple room for free since I was traveling with an elderly person, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was quite substantial, and you can have food deliveries sent right to the front desk. Plus, they have their own parking lot, which is great if you're driving. Now, about food around Nalat – delivery options are really limited. It's much better to head into town; there are tons of places to eat there. I highly recommend the restaurant in picture 1; I found it through a search, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Their spicy chicken, salted egg yolk Kashgar old pumpkin, and lamb skewers were all delicious – honestly, every dish we tried was fantastic!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for dining out and exploring night markets. Getting to various attractions is also a breeze. The parking lot is spacious and equipped with charging stations. The rooms are large, newly decorated, and feature a separated wet and dry bathroom. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views. The diffuse oxygen supply and humidifier are crucial at an altitude of 3200 meters, significantly alleviating altitude sickness discomfort and ensuring a good night's rest. The hotel also offers a 24-hour gym, a billiards room, and a self-service laundry room with washer-dryer combos. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a rich variety, including Xinjiang-style noodles and fruits. The front desk staff are friendly and proactively advise guests on altitude sickness precautions.

This was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

This hotel offers an exceptional experience! From the lobby to the hallways and guest rooms, everything is exquisitely and thoughtfully decorated. The lobby features a book bar and wellness tea, while the in-room amenities are of excellent quality. The bath and hand towels are all high-temperature sterilized and sealed. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of refined dishes. What truly stood out was the service; they paid close attention to our reservation requests and proactively upgraded our room, fulfilling our every need. The front desk and all staff members were incredibly polite, always asking if we needed assistance and offering help promptly and diligently. The hotel also provides services like car washing and station transfers. We stayed in two different room types with three people, and we all agreed this hotel offers fantastic value for money and made us feel right at home!

The best service attitude in the southern Xinjiang trip (not that other stores are bad, but this one can feel sincerity and smiles from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave). Currently, the surrounding facilities are in the promotion period, and the clerk recommends the sauna next door, which is free.

Traveling to Kanas, I stayed overnight in Altay and chose this hotel. The lobby and bathroom in the room are decorated in a gemstone style, which is very distinctive of the region. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, the bed was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent. Our room was close to the elevator, but we barely heard any noise and slept soundly until morning. What truly deserves praise is the rich breakfast; it was the most abundant we had at any hotel during our trip to Xinjiang, featuring local delicacies, and it was quite popular. There are some minor drawbacks: the shower water pressure wasn't great, and the trees on the street outside the hotel were small, making the surroundings seem a bit ordinary. However, considering this is in the remote northwest, and you can't compare it to standards in large coastal cities, you'll realize this hotel is quite good for the Northwest. Oh, and the hotel offers a complimentary private car service to the airport for Trip.com customers.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and airy, with a decor style that perfectly blended comfort with local characteristics. From the window, we had an expansive view of Narat's grasslands and distant mountains, truly breathtaking. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and all the linens were of superior quality. Nights were quiet and comfortable, allowing us to fully relax after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the service was also thoughtful and warm. Our stay far exceeded expectations, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Narat. Highly recommended!

The most comfortable night's sleep I had in Xinjiang! Atour, you are truly worth it! I'd book you even at a premium, and I'll be back! I arrived quite late that evening, and my clothes, which I left in the laundry room, were hung outside my door first thing in the morning. For this service alone, I'd willingly keep staying at your hotel. No need to say more about the bedding; I even use your 'deep sleep' pillows myself! Atour, I genuinely will love you forever – absolutely five stars! Also, the sunset photographed outside the hotel was beautiful. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Xinjiang. Just one suggestion: the back entrance is a bit far; maybe next time you could have a security guard help with luggage?

The location of the B&B is very good. The room layout has a strong Western style and is very clean. The paintings in the corridor are said to be the graffiti works of the proprietress herself, but the colors and composition are very beautiful. It is a few hundred meters away from the century-old teahouse, and it is very convenient to go out. I came back in the afternoon just in time for the princess' wedding program. The place where I stayed was just the starting point, and I had an immersive experience. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and cooks good dishes. The price is very affordable. She is really good at both the living room and the kitchen. It must be praised. I will stay here next time.

The hotel is very close to the Kalajun entrance, about a 5-kilometer drive. Follow the navigation; the gravel road is narrow but don't hesitate. The moment you see the room, all your fatigue will melt away. The shower room and separate wet/dry bathroom are clean and hygienic, completely free from the inconveniences of staying in a tent camp. Lying on the bed, pull open the 360-degree curtains, and the surrounding scenery fills your view. Open the electric curtain on the dome, and you can see the sky. If you still have energy, before sunset, go for a one or two-hour horseback ride to enjoy the grassland sunset—it's incredibly pleasant. The hotel's service is very thoughtful and meticulous, and it has its own restaurant where you can order dinner, which tastes pretty good. Breakfast is a buffet and quite rich. The highlight, though, is the starry sky after dusk, which truly cures everything. To avoid light pollution, the hotel thoughtfully turns off the ambient lights. In the morning, open the curtains and you can watch the sunrise. This is a hotel that constantly provides pleasant surprises.
