SShuijiaohuanghouI booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time.
Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

YYouyadesuanmeitangOur stay was excellent! The hotel offers a thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service to the station, making travel incredibly convenient and effortless. The location is also fantastic, right next to the entrance of the Longmen Grottoes scenic area, which is easily walkable. This made sightseeing worry-free and prevented us from getting lost. Inside, the hotel boasts an exquisite and elegant garden landscape. The environment is serene and tranquil, with lush greenery and beautiful scenery, creating a wonderful ambiance. Our room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money.

LLong～～～Let me talk about the basic conditions first. I have only gone to Xinxian twice. Coincidentally, I have been in the same hotel twice, in the same room, opened the window, looked at the river, and had an endless view! Going out to stroll along the river bank, the spring breeze is coming, it is difficult to have a pleasant feeling! There is a small bridge, it is a new county square, the center of the county! After busy, you can drive to the West River, feel the beautiful scenery of the few people there, and you can also ride the capital of Yuyu-Su District, look up at the heroes, and return to the original heart!

MM255365****The owners are incredibly nice. The room was clean and well-maintained. Although the road leading to the guesthouse is a bit steep, the owner offers free shuttle service to and from the Shaolin Temple entrance, which totally solves the road issue! 👍🏻 They even upgraded our room for free, which was much appreciated. There's a TV and Wi-Fi available. The service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to Shaolin Temple. The guesthouse has three floors and an elevator. It's a great choice if you're looking for accommodation near Shaolin Temple.

The room facilities are brand new and complete, with attention to detail evident throughout. The butler service is warm, professional, and you can feel their sincerity every step of the way. I must commend the butler – it was a fantastic experience that has already landed this hotel on my list for future stays.

It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel's room service is very attentive, the rooms are neat and clean, and the bedding is comfortable and soft. The transportation is also relatively convenient, it is very close to the subway entrance, and there are many restaurants around, which makes me very satisfied. Highly recommended to all friends who are pursuing a high-quality accommodation experience, I believe you will fall in love with it!

GGuest UserThe location is good, not too far from anywhere, and the surroundings are relatively quiet. The room is spacious and not cramped, though the facilities are indeed old. It's clean, but some signs of wear and tear just can't be removed. Our room faced the building opposite, which was very close, so there was no view to speak of. The windows are sealed, but the air conditioning works. The meals are quite simple, and the price isn't high anyway. The young lady at the front desk and the cleaning staff were all very warm and attentive, especially the bellmen. They delivered takeout to our room tirelessly every day, without any delay. I have to specifically mention the shuttle service for the concert. On the first day, it was organized by room, which unfortunately led to long waiting times. On the second day, they took our feedback and changed the arrangement, which was very smooth. All the staff were enthusiastic and patient – thumbs up!

XxynnerAlways excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance.
This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable.
Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too.
The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that!
I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too.
The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration.
The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha.
Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too.
Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few.
Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level:
1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet.
2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment.
3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China.
4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus.
Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!
