After much deliberation, I chose this hotel in Luoyang, and it's no wonder it has such rave reviews – it truly lives up to its reputation. It's located in a bustling area, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions, with a subway station right next door and even a shuttle service to and from the station. The staff, both in housekeeping and at the front desk, are incredibly responsive to almost every request. The housekeeping staff provided delightful little surprises every day; seeing that we were taking medication and wearing glasses, they proactively offered us glasses cases and pill organizers. Every day we were here, we could order various snacks and fruits for free, and there was even a late-night snack service. When we checked out, they even gave us a bag of snacks and fruits. This level of service truly makes you feel comfortable. Next time I'm in Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a big park behind it. The service at the hotel front desk is good. The facilities are well-equipped. There are snacks and snacks in the room. The room is very large and there is an office in the building. There is a TV The 65-inch one can project the screen. There is a free parking lot, which is very cost-effective. It is recommended to stay. The unit is nearby for office convenience.

BEST STAY EVER! Long review, but a meaningful one. Hotel & Facilities: I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area. There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site! The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay. Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful. As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle: During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle. Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care. The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice. Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites! Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition. As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me. Overall: Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling. Five stars, highly recommended! From check-in to check-out, everything was a breeze. The front desk was efficient and polite, and staff responded quickly to any requests. The room cleaning was exceptionally thorough, even the corners were spotless. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with consistent hot water. The mattress was soft yet supportive, and the soundproofing was excellent—absolutely no noise at night. All amenities were complete, the WiFi was fast, and there were plenty of charging outlets. The location is superb, convenient for dining and transportation. For the same price, the quality here is far superior. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I've saved it as a favorite and will definitely stay here again next time!

Taking advantage of the National Day holiday, my friends and I came to Luoyang and immediately chose this hotel. It truly lives up to its Hilton brand, offering a full range of facilities including an indoor pool, gym, laundry, and more. The hotel is located in Luolong District; turn left out the door and you'll find Yan Tian Xia - The First Feast, perfect for those who enjoy local water banquets and Henan Opera. To the right of the hotel is a snack plaza with various regional delicacies to choose from. It's also very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to attractions like Yingtianmen, Mingtang-Tiangtang, and White Horse Temple. The hotel's service is excellent, with delivery robots for takeout, and you can also order meals directly from the hotel, which also has a pastry section where every cake is freshly made daily. The staff are warm and attentive, and any issues raised are handled promptly. This is a hotel worth staying at again.

This kind of thoughtful guidance is the hardest thing to come by when traveling, and it saved me so much hassle with itinerary planning. Let me start with the basics. I've only visited Xin County twice, coincidentally both times in the same hotel and the same room. Opening the window, I was greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of the Huanghe River! A stroll along the riverbank, with a gentle spring breeze, was a rare and delightful experience! A small bridge leads to Xin County Square, the heart of the county! After a busy day, you can drive along the Xihe River to experience its serene beauty and tranquil atmosphere, or cycle through the former capital of the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area to pay homage to its heroes and reconnect with your roots!

This location is heaven on earth. Surrounded by mountains that take on the form of Buddha. You sit right in the palm of a blessed spot. It is family owned and they treat you like family while you are there. By far some of the kindest people you will meet on your trip. Food is fantastic and homemade. There is a rooftop spot you can relax at, have tea, and even enjoy your meal there. The Shaolin temple is just a short walk from the hotel, and the owners will offer to drive you every time. Make sure to stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it.

They upgraded me to a double room for free, the first one was a smoking room and it smelled bad but when I asked to change, they did it - being very kind and polite, saying sorry and giving me watermelon. The location is fine and there was AC in the room

I stayed in Kaifeng for two days and chose this hotel near the Gulou area for its convenience in exploring the ancient town. Kaifeng is not a large city like Zhengzhou or Luoyang, and with good stamina you can explore most of it on foot. If you plan to spend three days mainly at Millennium City Park (清明上河园), this hotel may not be the best option. However, there are two direct public buses — Y1 and Bus 15 — that make travel to the park easy. The hotel itself is located on the third floor, with a supermarket directly below at ground level. We bought fruits and beverages there for our stay. The Gulou Night Market is only a few minutes’ walk away, and one of China’s Top 10 Famous Buddhist Temples, Xiangguo Temple (相国寺), is about a five‑minute walk. Visitors often remark that standing in Xiangguo Temple feels like stepping into a living link with the Tang and Song dynasties. Admission is free for seniors aged 60 and above, regardless of nationality. Another nearby attraction is the Kaifeng Prefecture Office (开封府), historically the government headquarters and judicial court of Kaifeng. It is just two bus stops away, with half‑price admission for seniors aged 60 and above. Transportation was convenient: there are direct public buses (No. 10 and Y1) from Kaifeng Train Station to the hotel. This made my arrival from Luoyang and departure to Zhengzhou smooth and easy. I had booked hotels in Luoyang (3 nights), Yuntaishan (3 nights), and Zhengzhou (3 nights), and mistakenly thought I had also booked Kaifeng for 3 nights. In fact, I had only reserved 2 nights. I realized my mistake when the hotel staff kindly alerted me around 4 pm, just before my departure to Zhengzhou. I was panicky, but the counter staff remained calm and understanding, helping me expedite my check‑out. Thanks to their assistance, I managed to catch my train to Zhengzhou East Station (郑州东站) and check into my hotel at Erqi Square before 7 pm. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their patience and support. Without their help, my transition would not have been so smooth. A big thank you to the hotel team.
