It was comparable to a five-star hotel. It was very quiet at night and slept in seconds. In short, this trip made us feel at ease and have fun! Not only did we feel the same comfort and warmth at home in Lisu, but also let us appreciate the simplicity and enthusiasm of the people of Asahikawa in Laojun Mountain! We booked two rooms. My parents' room had a king-size bed. While they found the *huladong* (spicy soup) and *doumo* (millet paste) at breakfast not to their liking – perhaps a matter of personal taste – they did enjoy the vegetarian buns. As for the family room we booked, the main bed felt a bit small. We also noticed the sink's drain pipe was leaking when we used it; since it was late, my husband ended up fixing it himself. Furthermore, the shower's drainage was poor, seemingly due to an incorrect slope. On the positive side, the service was excellent and very welcoming; they even met us at the parking lot. The in-room 'Xiao Du' smart system was very convenient. The surroundings were very quiet, and the hotel is conveniently located near Luoyi Ancient City. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The laundry facilities were incredibly convenient! Especially during summer travel when clothes get soaked, being able to wash them is a lifesaver. It means you don't have to pack too much or worry about running out of clean clothes, ensuring you always have something fresh and comfortable to wear. The only slight drawback is the limited number of washing machines, so you might need to wait or get lucky to use one. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from Longmen Station, and very convenient for visiting the Longmen Grottoes.

Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

Environment: The environment is very good, life is convenient, there are many places to eat and play downstairs. The shopping mall is right next to it, and the transportation is convenient. Service: The service is very good. Great.

Service was great. I really appreciate the service staff at the concierge who helped me, even after I have left the office and the country. There was a problem with my package delivery where the merchant refused to accept the return. She really went above and beyond to help! Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

Location: A taxi from the city center costs about 40-50 yuan, and from Longmen Grottoes about 25 yuan. In other words, this location is in the middle of nowhere, so be careful if you're not driving and don't want to spend the money on taxis. Facilities: They say it opened on April 19, 25th, but the facilities are a bit underwhelming. The door sinks and is difficult to open. The bathroom seal is almost falling off, and the push-pull handle is stuck backwards. The sink is high, and people under 1.7 meters tall, whether men or women, will get soaked constantly. The worst part is that the hot water comes out as a yellow muddy mess. The elevator is either broken or unresponsive, and the button area is almost falling off. It's really scary. Aside from the relatively spacious space, everything else feels desolate. Cleanliness: Construction was ongoing while the hotel was operating, and there was dirt everywhere. I couldn't tell whose hair belonged to me in the room. Service: The hardware and software are substandard. I don't know why they have such confidence, but none of my requests were met. Furthermore, the welcome fruit was listed when I booked, but I didn't see a single peel. There is no pick-up service, nor is there any free Hanfu rental. In short, the platform should be regulated. The exaggerated publicity is a bit too much and it is basically a scam.

The hotel room is very nice . You will have both hot and warm water for drinking from boiling machine. Bed and all facilities also good. The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

A truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.

The hotel is conveniently located right at Erqi Square, with Asia Department Store also in the vicinity. The night market in the evenings is incredibly lively. Despite having been open for some time, the hotel is kept spotlessly clean, and the rooms even come with a mini-fridge. The absolute highlight, however, is the hotel's breakfast, served in the 28th-floor revolving restaurant. The breakfast spread is incredibly extensive, and you can enjoy panoramic views while dining.
