My stay at Pousada Alto de Montanha was truly unforgettable. It’s an amazing place—peaceful, quiet, and perfectly tucked away from the noise of the city, surrounded by beautiful nature. The atmosphere makes it ideal for anyone looking to relax and recharge. The host was exceptional: always happy, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more special. The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply amazing and clearly prepared with care. One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service. Not bad, every time I come here, I will set it here. Invincible sea view, you can see the sunrise, many people are swimming and sunbathing on the beach on Saturdays and Sundays. The recommended choice of the last number of two beds is 00 or 11. The room is bigger.

The hotel is well located, near everything and mainly the beach. The service is excellent, the room is perfect. I just leave my criticism of parking that is a little confused and tight and breakfast that could have more options.

The hotel is well located and has excellent facilities, with renovated rooms, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is complete (a wide variety of drinks) and, as a courtesy, there was sparkling wine and flavored water in the afternoon at the reception. The rooms with a view of the bridge with Vila Velha are charming and stand out. However, the cleaning left something to be desired. We spent Friday through Sunday without our room being cleaned because the cleaning on Saturday was late (we left in the morning and, when we returned, it had not been done). The person in charge even volunteered to do it, but it would have been uncomfortable with us in the room and we decided to leave it as it was. In any case, a positive review, classified as ”good-excellent”.

Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

My stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well. The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.
