The front desk is on the second floor. We were checked in by a friendly young woman wearing glasses who was very enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room when she saw we had a child with us. The room wasn't huge, but the bathroom was quite spacious, featuring a double vanity and a bathtub. Food deliveries are handled by robots. Hot milk is also available. Breakfast is served on the second floor; while seating is limited, the selection of food is quite rich and tastes pretty good. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the Bell Tower Metro Station. Across the street is Kaiyuan Mall, with the Bell Tower right at its entrance. The Muslim Quarter is just a ten-minute walk away. This hotel offers great value for money and excellent service.

We only decided to go to Xi'an in Nov 2025. It was our first trip ever to Xi'an. Due to the short notice plan and not knowing much about the city, we have to gamble on our choice of hotel. In actual fact, we have booked 3 different hotels before we finally agreed to pick Center Hotel as our choice. We are glad the hotel met our expectations. Clean, spacious and the best part was, it has its own opened deck. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very strategic, walking distance to everywhere. About 15 mins walk to the Muslim Quarter & the Great Xi'an Mosque. Less than 10 mins walk to the Kaiyuan Mall. Quite a short distance to other commercial areas such as Saga Mall. Easy to get a ride.

I stumbled upon the Elegant Hotel for my business trip to Xi'an this time, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent, and it proved to be very practical during my stay. It's a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. In the evenings, after visiting the Bell Tower, walking back through the small alleys near the hotel, I could smell the aroma of home-cooked meals wafting from the residential buildings – much more grounding than staying in a bustling commercial district. The room was genuinely clean; even notoriously dusty spots like wall corners and table crevices were spotless. The bedding felt soft and worn-in from washing, not like stiff new fabric, making it very comfortable to sleep under. The air conditioning was powerful; with Xi'an's scorching summer heat, being able to retreat to a cool room was a lifesaver. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, so I could take a refreshing shower, and the vanity mirror was sparkling clean, perfect for putting on makeup. The service was the 'no-fuss' kind. The front desk even offered cucumber-lemon water and sour plum juice when I checked in and introduced some of the hotel's facilities. Overall, the value for money is great, and it was a worry-free stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an! [jumping][jumping][jumping]

Our stay this time exceeded all expectations! First and foremost, a huge thank you to the Guest Relations Officer, Oliver! Check-in was super efficient and thoughtful. He patiently introduced us to nearby attractions and local delicacies, maintaining a warm and attentive attitude throughout. The room was wonderfully warm, very clean, and well-equipped. Our beds were made daily, and used items like shower caps and disposable slippers were replenished. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety too. Plus, they have robots that deliver food, which is incredibly convenient! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Xi'an! The location is also excellent, making our few days in Xi'an very comfortable.
Regarding the complimentary items: two freshly ground coffees and desserts at the lobby bar (for the first day), and two cocktails (for the first day): We returned to the hotel quite late on the first day and were worried we wouldn't have time to use them, but Oliver kindly helped us by packing them up. We're very grateful for his assistance!

In this bustling city, this hotel is a quiet sanctuary. The wood-themed decor feels warm and soothing, and you can see the thoughtful touches everywhere, from the greenery to the artwork in the hallways. The room's aromatherapy scent is subtle and pleasant, and the soft bedding ensures a great night's sleep. In the morning, I enjoyed a gentle breeze on the terrace with a cup of the hotel's homemade floral tea, watching the busy traffic below. All the fatigue from my travels just melted away.

The location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to famous attractions like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Xi'an City Wall, Forest of Stone Tablets Museum, and the Muslim Quarter. Bell Tower subway station is right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a direct shuttle to the Terracotta Army right in front, so you don't have to go far to catch a bus to the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor.
The front desk service is excellent; they're all very patient in helping guests with any issues.
The room was quite spacious, but the sliding door separating the bathroom from the main room felt a bit unusual. The lighting in the room was also a bit dim. On the positive side, it's incredibly close to Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, just about 10 meters from Exit B. This makes getting around super convenient for sightseeing, as most attractions are accessible by metro. Taking a taxi to the snack street usually costs around 10+ RMB, to the Terracotta Warriors it's about 60+ RMB, and to Datang Everbright City, it's around 30 RMB. There's also a steak restaurant on the second floor of the hotel.
The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

Weekend train trek to BaoJi from Xi’an. It’s a very walkable city, and there are bikes all around. Crowne Plaza has a nice longe on the 40th Floor. It is next to a mall, and adjacent to the theater. The park nearby stretches to the historically designed walking bridge into Chencang Old Street (I suggest folk music bar next to Panda Aquarium/BaoJi Station display).
Crowne has nice views and comfortable rooms. Staff is bilingual and everything is clean. Of the Crowne Plazas I have stayed in, this one is maintained well.

The two 1.5m beds were perfect for our family of four. You can request buckwheat pillows, which is a nice touch. Housekeeping was very thoughtful, providing enough toothbrushes and bottled water for everyone each day. Ordering takeout was a breeze; the delivery drivers dropped it off at the front desk, and a robot brought it right to our room. Staff always greeted us warmly when entering and leaving. The restaurant on the first floor was surprisingly affordable and the food was good too! Plus, it's just a stone's throw from Wenchang Gate.
