This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet guests' requests. Before check-in, they sent a self-made guide, and after checking in, they reminded me about the supper service. They even gave me a gift upon departure! Any issues that arose were promptly and proactively resolved. No hotel is perfect, but the thoughtful service at Novotel made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The location truly can't be beat. It's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The Bell and Drum Towers are right across the street, and Kaiyuan Temple is nearby. However, the stay also had some significant downsides. The soundproofing is a major issue; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and footsteps in the hallway at night. The TV volume was incredibly loud; even on a very low setting, it was still too much. As a light sleeper, I really struggled and didn't get a good night's rest. The shower was another headache. The water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and I spent ages trying to find a comfortable setting, making showering a constant source of anxiety. While the location is definitely a plus, the shortcomings in service and facilities really impacted the overall experience. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

We stayed at the Yanzhi Hotel at Xi'an Yongning Gate with our child this time, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the foot of the Yongning Gate city wall. You can touch history just by crossing the road, and taking an evening stroll on the city wall to watch the sunset felt amazing. The front desk service was friendly and efficient; they proactively asked about our child's needs during check-in. The facilities are new, and the room was clean and bright, making us feel very secure staying with our child. The biggest surprise was at check-out; not only was the process quick, but the staff also specially gave our child a lovely little gift, which made our little one so happy. For families with children, this is an excellent starting point for exploring the ancient city. The service is thoughtful, the details are well-executed, and it's highly recommended. The only downside is that the hotel's airport transfer service is a bit disappointing. Regardless of how many days you stay or what room type you book, the transfer is only free for two people, and children are charged extra!

This was my first time visiting Xi'an, and after much deliberation, I booked a stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Xi'an, Bell Tower – and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location is superb, and the hotel service was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Oliver and Mandy at the front desk. Oliver was efficient and professional with the check-in process and incredibly patient in answering all my questions. Mandy, on the other hand, was attentive to our overall stay experience, proactively helped us plan our itinerary around the Bell Tower, and even gave us thoughtful weather reminders. Their excellent service truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. This is definitely the quality you'd expect from a Four Points by Sheraton!

In this bustling city, this hotel is a quiet sanctuary. The wood-themed decor feels warm and soothing, and you can see the thoughtful touches everywhere, from the greenery to the artwork in the hallways. The room's aromatherapy scent is subtle and pleasant, and the soft bedding ensures a great night's sleep. In the morning, I enjoyed a gentle breeze on the terrace with a cup of the hotel's homemade floral tea, watching the busy traffic below. All the fatigue from my travels just melted away.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I was really impressed with the hotel's service. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the in-room amenities were very thoughtful. The 'three-second water kettle' was a particularly pleasant surprise on my trip! It truly only takes a few seconds to get boiling hot water, which is incredibly convenient for someone like me who enjoys making tea or instant drinks at any time. It really enhanced the comfort of my stay. It's the little details that truly make a difference, and this efficient and thoughtful service definitely deserves full marks! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Service: The front desk service was professional yet friendly, and the staff were very polite. Environment: The hotel's internal environment was very clean. Cleanliness: The bathroom was very new, with marble decor, clean, and no unpleasant odors. Facilities: The elevator was clean and convenient. Transportation: It's right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Line 2, which is incredibly convenient. Across the street, there's the Qinfeng shuttle bus that connects to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, costing 30 RMB per person, including a guide – very convenient. Summary: The hotel is right outside Longshouyuan subway station, making it very easy to get to popular attractions like the Bell Tower and Xi'an City Wall. The room design is also clever, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, which is convenient for multiple people getting ready. The breakfast includes many local specialties, such as Biangbiang noodles and Saqqara noodles, allowing guests from out of town to better understand the city. It was a great experience! The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

The Yunhe Yebo Hotel was surprisingly excellent! It was clean and tidy, which made us feel safe and comfortable, even though it doesn't have a flashy exterior. On our first day, the front desk attendant, Xiao Zhang, noticed we were a bit older and patiently upgraded two of our six rooms. We stayed for four days and three nights, and the service was impeccable. They always tried their best to meet our needs; their customer-first philosophy really left a strong impression. The hotel thoughtfully placed a map of Xi'an tourist routes in a prominent spot, making it easy for everyone to see. From the older security guard at the entrance to the front desk staff, housekeeping, restaurant servers, and cleaning crew, everyone had a wonderful attitude. They made us feel right at home, always greeting us as soon as they saw us. They were also incredibly helpful with any questions we had about the surrounding area. The front desk even called and messaged us daily to ask if we wanted them to save us a late-night sweet soup. Finally, a big thank you to Xiao Xia for giving us a Xi'an intangible cultural heritage souvenir – it was a lovely memento. This was our first time in Xi'an, and we'll definitely be back, and we'll definitely stay at the Yunhe Yebo Hotel again! [Strong][Strong][Strong]
