Check in and check was very easy and friendly staff. The room very large and clean. Not a very good view of the nuclear plant. However we only stayed one night. The only issue I had, I left a blouse behind in the room after I checked out, I called as soon as I left to tell the hotel. They transferred my to security Know one took my information. I stopped back at the hotel at night after coming back through town later that night and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. I called again the next morning a very nice lady at security took all my information. She checked on my blouse and still it was not turned it in. .I literally left it right on the bed and told security where I left it they assured me the staff is excellent at turning items into lost and found. At this point still is lost! very frustrating.

Free cookie no. Smile and greeted no. Shuttle to ****** no. Refrigerator in room no. Walls paper thin. Don’t list amenities if you don’t have them. This was a nice place 10 years ago. Location is excellent.

Beautiful environment, clean housing

When we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

We enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.

At 3 AM, there was a knock on my room door. I thought I was dreaming, but when I woke up, the knocking was still going on. Looking through the peephole, I saw two men, one Black and one White. They didn't look like hotel staff or anything like that. I didn't open the door, and they left. I was about to go back to sleep when there was another knock, and I even heard the doorknob being turned. I opened the door, and it was the same two men again. I asked them what they wanted, and they said a few things I couldn't understand before leaving again. I immediately reported this to Trip.com. The hotel replied that the guest was looking for something. What does the guest looking for something have to do with waking someone up in the middle of the night and disturbing their privacy? Why is it said so casually? Since the incident, I haven't received a single apology or positive response from the hotel.

The room was clean, in the city center, a little far from the canal, but very close to the famous steakhouse. Don't take the room facing the main street, a bit noisy

We stayed overnight at this hotel. When I arrived, there was a party in the lobby, and it was very noisy, but despite this, nothing could be heard in the room. The room was very spacious. It had the bare minimum for comfort, and usually, in such hotels, more is expected. The breakfast for $15 is not worth the money. In regular hotels, such breakfast is included in the room rate. I’m unlikely to be willing to return there again.

The hotel is obviously on the side of the street with a view. The two rooms we booked are actually equipment rooms outside the window, which is not satisfactory. The room is small, the parking space is relatively small, and the breakfast is not bad.

The room was spacious enough and clean. The shower pressure was a bit low, and breakfast was an extra à la carte charge with limited options. There's a commercial center, supermarket, and restaurants a short drive away.
