We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. This hotel was a wonderful stop for me just outside İnegöl, directly on the national road and therefore very convenient for travellers. What made my stay truly special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I was welcomed very warmly, and everyone made a real effort to find a safe place for my bike and also a possibility to charge the batteries. I would especially like to mention Arzo at the reception. She helped me enormously with finding a hotel for my next stop, which was not easy at all because many places were fully booked. She did not give up and finally managed to secure accommodation for me. I was very grateful for that. I also want to thank Esra and Beyza from the reception, who welcomed me so kindly and took such good care of me during my stay. The hotel itself is very comfortable and practical, especially for people travelling by bike, motorcycle or car. For me, it was exactly the right place at the right moment. I can warmly recommend it to other travellers.

We checked in around 4 pm. Location very good in Osmangazi. Some minor issues that we enquired with front desk 1. No dresser and mirror - they send us a mirror around 9 pm. Improvised placed on small fridge. 2. No bathroom kit - Promised but none was sent. 3. Only 2 pillows - Hotel provided another pillow. 4. Safe box doesn’t work - fixed by hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are complete and there's free underground parking. The front desk service is professional and warm! Breakfast is decent, not amazing, but it has all the essentials!

My room was a quiet sanctuary, offering stunning city views and a very comfortable workspace. The amenities were top-notch, especially the gym and the relaxing spa. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with exceptional service. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get to my business meetings and explore the city in the evenings. For a stress-free, high-quality experience, this hotel is my top choice. I look forward to my next visit.

The service is very good, but it feels like there are not many people. The room is also clean and tidy, but there is nothing to visit around. There is a supermarket next to it, and the Starbucks opposite has no zebra crossing. It is across the sea. Looking at the map, it takes 55 minutes to walk. It's so funny!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was meticulous and attentive; the staff proactively assisted with my luggage and offered helpful reminders. The room was clean and comfortable, fully equipped, and the bedding was soft. The overall environment was modern and relaxing. It would be a great choice for a trip with friends, and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

The room rate went up a lot after I extended my stay. I wouldn't have stayed here if it weren't for the hassle of changing hotels, as it's very inconvenient to get around.
