Located a 10-minute walk from the metro, there's street parking available and a small parking area under a barrier (500 rubles per day via a mobile app). The reception area has a bar and waiting spots. You can't hear the neighbors in the room, and it has everything you need for your stay.
The front desk staff's English was just okay. The hotel's location is great; you can see the Neva River as soon as you step out, and the views are beautiful. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also quite smooth, and the breakfast had a good variety. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Winter Palace, and on the way, you can visit the House of Books (Singer House), Kazan Cathedral, and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. There's an Italian restaurant and a Japanese ramen shop nearby. When I checked in, they asked for a 350 ruble deposit, but when I checked out, they told me it was a registration fee.
I stayed at the Crown Hotel for three weeks, and it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding—the staff were always happy, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed.
The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of space. The bathroom was excellent as well, and most importantly, it had a shattaf, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from Nevsky Street and only a minute from both the metro and the railway station. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the Crown Hotel again when I return to Saint Petersburg.
This is a good apart-hotel. The service was good (P.S. when we checked in, the AC remote was missing, but after a call to reception, they resolved it in literally 20 minutes).
Regarding the room: overall it was clean, though some areas (the bottom of door frames, metal elements of the glass partitions in the shower) were a bit worn out. It had everything we needed: a toothbrush and toothpaste set, shampoo, shower gel, soap (enough for the duration of our stay), a hairdryer (I'm not sure if all rooms have the same type, but for women trying to dry/style their hair, you'll have to continuously hold down the power button), an iron (a good one, it ironed everything perfectly), an ironing board, and an extra pillow. The room was quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbors. The only thing was that our window faced a football field, so we could hear training sessions and see floodlights until around 11 PM, but I wouldn't say it was a major disturbance.
On the ground floor, there's a lounge area, co-working spaces for laptops, a food court, a small shop with ready-made food/drinks/snacks, restrooms, an ATM (Bank T), a gym, a small inner courtyard, and a sports ground.
Transportation access was also not an issue: you can walk to places or take public transport to your desired destination.
The price was relatively cheap; we actually used it as a transit hotel. Our overnight train was close to midnight. After checking out the next day, we transferred to this hotel, where we could rest, shower, and then walk to St. Petersburg Central Station. For young people, walking to the main attractions on Nevsky Prospekt isn't far. You'll first walk to the century-old candy store, then through the underpass, and you'll see Kazan Cathedral and the century-old bookstore.
Excellent hotel! My room was bright and cozy. The staff are top-notch – friendly, polite, and efficient. The restaurant is also great, serving delicious food quickly. I really enjoyed the spa too. Overall, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nevsky Prospekt, with its many attractions, is just a 10-minute walk away. This will definitely be my first choice next time.
Facilities: Positive reviews were given for the improved social security system.
Hygiene: Clean, tidy, hygienic, healthy, beautiful, and healthy.
Environment: Friendly, cooperative, and cool.
Service attitude, service philosophy, and company reputation were excellent.
Hygiene: Good.
Although the hotel is not particularly large, it is small and beautiful. The rooms are very clean and the facilities are quite new. At least compared with other local hotels, it is really not as good as domestic prices. The service staff is also very young and comfortable. There are no strange people. The point is that there is a supermarket next to it, which is very convenient!
We've stayed at various hotels in St. Petersburg, and Emerald surpassed all our expectations in terms of value for money.
The hotel is very cozy, beautiful, and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a fruit platter in our room. The breakfasts were excellent, hearty, and diverse. The pastries were beyond all praise – a huge thank you to all the staff in the restaurant and kitchen!
We had a spacious room with a terrace and a view of 6th Sovetskaya Street, but there was no street noise. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress was excellent.
The soundproofing was superb; we didn't hear our neighbors at all.
It's also pet-friendly. There are a couple of small parks nearby for walks, and Tavrichesky Garden is a bit further away.
The staff were very polite, competent, and courteous. They handled all our requests instantly. If there were events in the restaurant, they would notify us in advance with a letter in the room.
The sauna is great – perfect for warming up and relaxing after long walks. We highly recommend it for its excellent value for money and location!

Great
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good, but it's too far from the city center, making it inconvenient to get around. If you're someone who easily gets tired and relies on public transport, it's best to book an Airbnb in the city center. However, if you're like me, hoping for a good breakfast, and your family primarily uses taxis, then this place is a good option.
FF AlmazroueiThe Four Seasons Hotel in St. Petersburg is truly luxurious and high-end in every detail. The service is exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The restaurants are outstanding, offering excellent food and atmosphere. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it.
CChimitova SaianaGood day! Everything was perfect: a clean, new, modern room, cozy and spacious, and a fantastic, delicious breakfast! It's right in the city center, and the service matches the quality! I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely return next time!
GGuest UserIt is far away from the city and has convenient surroundings. It has a four-star logo. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious but not expensive. There is a classical piano in the bar in the evening. Opposite is a ”Friday” supermarket. The apartment facilities are similar to those in China, but there is a kitchen and tableware. The environment is very good. It's a relatively new building, so you don't have to worry about traveling with a car. How could such a good place not have reviews? The price/performance ratio is very good.
GGuest UserOverall, the stay was satisfactory, although the room ventilation was quite poor and the room felt too warm.
The major letdown was the check-in experience with Ms. Sophia, who appeared to be new and seemed quite confused about our booking. Unfortunately, she did not appear to understand how to handle the situation, which resulted in considerable delay and confusion. Rather than apologizing, she raised her voice in front of other guests standing at the check-in counter, which was highly unprofessional.
Thankfully, Mr. Ildor stepped in to assist, and the matter was eventually resolved after about 30 minutes. His help was appreciated and made a difficult situation manageable.

NNurdeng DeurasehThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful and cooperate very well when you deal with them. i like to stay with 8/10. the space for chatting at lobby is wide enough to chatt with others. however, the bed that designed is not really proper for me since it covers up, right and Left and of course not entrance as you are in the tunnel with small space. luggage storage is available as well as the place for you to exercise with minum equipment. thanks We and I by vertical..see you again once i come to Saint Petersburg (ver great city to visit with classical and modern designs).
