It was a long trip recovery stay, the room has a sympathetic area and the Mini-Bar with a minimum offer, a good relationship request quality

The hotel's location is excellent, restaurants, shopping mall, ice cream shop, stationery store, pharmacies... everything you need is just a few steps from the hotel! The facilities are super comfortable and clean! We felt very welcomed by the service we received, very polite and attentive to us! WE LOVE IT!!!

Good value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.

Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

The facilities are good and the hotel is well located. However, the linen and pillows are very old and need to be replaced urgently. The bath towels smelled like smoke! Impossible to use. I asked for a replacement, which was done, but the smell, according to the maid, is from the place where they are washed. Good breakfast and service.

Very good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa. Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views. The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes. The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴 Stay HERE!
