Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

A nice and clean hotel. It's close to Aalto's villa, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. However, arriving from the airport by public transportation (train and bus) was inconvenient, so I recommend taking a taxi. Besides Aalto's villa and studio, the Akseli Gallen-Kallela Museum, Didrichsen, Villa Gullenberg, and the former presidential residence of Tamminiemi are also nearby. The sauna was good, and it wasn't crowded when I visited. The staff was helpful with any questions I had.🥰

Had a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

This hotel is excellent, easily meeting five-star standards. The 7T tram stop is right at its doorstep, and on the other side, there's a picturesque harbor view. The top floor boasts a swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast is a standard Western spread.

Very spacious hotel and comfortable bed! However the location is quite an uphill walk even though it is 8-12 minutes, and Helsinki roads are not the smoothest. The bathroom provided a mop which became obvious why later as the area outside the shower will flood as there is a gap between the doors. The first night I wet the bathroom mat entirely which was unpleasant as the floor became wet and cold.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The hotel was friendly and welcome. The reception staff on arrival is the most helpful and informative. The recently decorated room was delightful and the bed extremely comfortable. Unfortunate the heating was not up to the cold weather and having pros on the first night I asked for heater which I did and it’s warmed up the room considering. This would’ve been wonderful in the  summer but in the  cold weather…….. The hotel is close to transport routes accessing all parts of city. I would definitely stay there again next time…… maybe in the summer.

Staff are friendly, breakfast is good with variety of choices. The sea view is slightly disappointing. Sofa bed is not in good quality. Bottle water put on the table at 5 Euro per bottle - please either take them away or provide them free to customer. I would not say this stay is bad - but honestly a lot better experience for my previous stays in Hilton hotels in other countries. Don't feel I spent the money worthy this time.

It was a good hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were so lovely. The beds were so cozy, and I knew that this hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is near the city centre, and the lake, which makes it a benefit to get closer to the city and the lake in a shorter time. Also, the swimming pool and the sauna was so lovely, especially the sauna, I loved it so much. I will recommend this to my friends and family.

Kaikki mitä tarvitsimme yhden yön reissussa. Tyynyt olivat hieman epämukavat ja ovien läpi kuului käytävän äänet. Aamupala oli hyvä. Todella siistiä!
