The room was spacious with lots of windows, making it quite cold overall. We switched from room 604 to 804, but it was still very cold. We eventually asked the front desk for an electric heater, which made it much more bearable. The hotel's service was generally good, and it's considered the best in the area.

It is difficult to evaluate, because the hotel's desire to provide maximum service is visible, but the overall impression was ”a C”. It was cold in the room. We were given a heater and this improved the situation a little. The room is ”non-smoking”, but there was an unpleasant smell of smoke in the room. The administrator brought us an air freshener, which improved the situation slightly. The plumbing works, but the cold water in the sink is mixed up with the hot water, the coating on the bathtub is cracked. The hotel provides disposable hygiene products. There are disposable slippers. The bed linen is clean, but the mattress is very uncomfortable. There is a TV and a kettle in the room. The corridor and the hall have been renovated and the first impression of the hotel was not bad, but the room was uncomfortable. It is obvious that some rooms are being renovated. I hope the situation will soon change for the better.

I didn't like the hotel or the service. It didn't match the price. There was no mountain view, nor were there any mountains. The room felt more like a comfort room than a junior suite, with a poorly made bed. The breakfast was meager, and the coffee was terrible, even though there was an extra charge for it. The worst part was breakfast: when I asked for a latte, the waitress said it was an extra charge. I asked to have it added to my room since I didn't have any money with me. Jenkins, from across the room at the bar, yelled at me that the coffee was an extra charge. She clearly mistook the establishment for a market; there's no other way to describe such an order. I reprimanded her, and she started ranting and raving. It was ridiculous, and then I heard that I had to wait for my coffee until she deigned to make it. And finally, I received undrinkable coffee. I can definitely say I won't be returning to this hotel. Neither the quality nor the service were good.
