Despite arriving late at the hostel, we had no problems checking in. The hostel staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. There were a lot of power sockets in the room. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. There is also a ”games room” but we didn't have the pleasure of using it. The overall location of the hostel is in a very good spot from which you can easily and quickly get to public transport, shops, restaurants and the old town.
I had a wonderful stay at HOLA Gdynia! The hotel’s modern design, comfortable clean rooms, and great location near the waterfront made it an ideal choice. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, providing a perfect start to the day. I would highly recommend HOLA Gdynia for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic – you step right out into various attractions, which is super convenient. It's an easy walk to the riverside to soak in both the ancient and modern vibes of Gdansk. The evening views by the river are beautiful, though it was quite windy and chilly; it would probably be even more pleasant in the summer. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, for this price, staying in the Old Town felt like a great deal. I'd definitely consider coming back if I get the chance! Recommended with four stars.
I stayed at Fama in Gdańsk’s Old Town, and overall the experience was fine. The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the Old Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. However, it can get noisy at night, so light sleepers might find it challenging.
There were very few vegan options and no plant-based milk available. It would be great to see a bit more inclusion for plant-based diets in the future.

The Hotel Grano in the old town of Danzig is presented as solid and reliable 4-Sterne-Haus – exactly what you expect from a hotel in this category. The location could be hardly better: in the heart of the charming old town, attractions, restaurants and shopping facilities are conveniently accessible by foot.
The hotel's equipment meets all the common standards: The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay – comfortable beds, air conditioning, WiFi, a functional bathroom and a small desk. The interior is tasteful without acting excessively luxurious. Specially highlighted is the friendly and helpful staff. From the reception to the breakfast service we were always treated in advance and professionally. The check-in was smoothly, and smaller concerns were also resolved quickly and without complications.
A plus point is the hotel's own pool, which offers a pleasant relaxation after a day of visits. There is also a small wellness area, which is more appropriate than particularly impressive.
I went to Soto Masil and found Sheraton by chance....
I made a reservation right away..
I slept very well in a room with a diagonal ocean view.
The hotel parking lot is in the parking tower, but isn't it a bit expensive?
If you cross the road to the main gate, there is an alley, so if you park there, it's not too expensive.
There is a parking app used in the Soto area, so you can download the app and use it.
There is street parking in front of the hotel, but..
The competition is very fierce.
Comfortable hotel, great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, comfortable bed, food really very tasty - delicious toast with eggs Benedict, I recommend it for breakfast :-)
The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, quiet, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city... the price list of dishes and alcohol is rather for Western tourists :-) but... but whoever decides to stay in good Polish hotels should not comment on the prices: -))) we see what we choose.
I recommend!
The room is quite large, the window is opened facing the canal, the scenery is very good, the old town is fun, the shopping on Amber Street is all around, and there are many restaurants with special decoration nearby. The location is first-rate; the night train to Gdansk was very early, and I was worried about what to do if I could not check in. I didn't expect the hotel to be arranged for check-in at 6 am (may be related to the off-season), super unexpected; the hotel also sent a Desserts are welcome, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate cake in the restaurant; the hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the price of online booking and hotel booking is the same, so you can decide depending on the situation; but in the end, letting the hotel call a taxi is a bit problem, Google Map The display shows that the airport is 34-50 zloty. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. Cars, whether the road is open or traffic jams, whether on weekdays or weekends are a price, dizzy!

Whilst the location, facilities and staff were good unfortunately the sleeping experience was not. Having paid for a hotel room for three nights, having two of these disrupted by extremely loud music (until 4am on Saturday night and 1am on the Monday) from the bar and nightclub above, I could not recommend. I suspect experiences may vary depending on your proximity to the roof and light-well in the middle of the building.
Having since read reviews from other customers, this is a know issue, despite the best acting skills of the staff. This was evident from the bulk supply of earplugs available at reception when we raised the issue with them in the early hours of the morning. I appreciate the hotel itself has little control over the noise from the roof terrace/nightclub above but it did mean a couple nights of very poor sleep.
I was out for a walk with my sister. We loved the hotel and spa. Quite close to the center.

CCamelliaXAbsolute praise. Living near oliwa, the train station is right next to it. One train stop can go to sopot, go to gdynia and gdansk is also very convenient. Next to the hotel is a lydl. The room was very large and clean, the sweets presented were delicious, but unfortunately I didn't write down the brand. The most important thing is that the breakfast is too delicious. 😭 is very suitable for Chinese baby physique. It is recommended to play with European dishes.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure.
We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated.
The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade.
We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.
GGuest UserDear IBB Hotel Management Team,
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the IBB Hotel in Gdansk and I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation.
First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It is conveniently located in the center of Gdansk, with many famous attractions within walking distance. It is undoubtedly an ideal place to stay for tourists who like to explore the city.
Secondly, the hotel's facilities and the quality of the rooms are excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and comfortable decoration and all the necessary facilities. The daily room cleaning service is also very good and maintains a high standard of hygiene.
In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The elegant environment of the restaurant and the friendly and professional service staff make every day a particularly pleasant start.
What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsive. Not only did they provide a lot of useful information about the tour, but they were also ready to solve any problems we encountered during our stay. This meticulous care made our stay even more perfect.
Overall, IBB Hotel Gdansk was a highlight of my trip with its great location, quality facilities and excellent service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all travelers planning to visit Gdansk.
Thank you IBB Hotel for providing us with such a pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
GGuest UserThe location is absolutely superb, right next to the train station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by tram, bus, or even just walking to the sights. When coming from the station, simply use the underpass to cross the road, and you'll find an elevator on your right – a lifesaver if you're traveling with heavy luggage, as you can completely avoid stairs! Breakfast offered a delicious and wide variety of options, all of excellent quality!
AAvihuThe hotel has a great location—very close to the old town and surrounded by many restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
Parking: The hotel offers underground parking located in a nearby building. However, it is quite expensive. Just across from the entrance to that building, there's a public parking lot available at about half the price. It might be worth considering this more economical option.
Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel is on the pricier side compared to similar hotels. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a more budget-friendly breakfast in a relaxed, non-hotel setting.
MMareksXxsS66Rg9Miałem przyjemność spędzić dwie noce (24 - 26 października 2025 r) w Hotelu Olivia i ogólnie jestem zadowolony z pobytu.

GGuest UserGreat hotel. About 15 mins walk from the centre of the old town but only £3 in a taxi. Great room, very clean. Nice bar area with reasonably priced drinks. Would stay here again
