The hotel is new and the lobby is beautiful. The room was okay, but the linens felt a bit old despite being clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the snacks and cookies were absolutely delicious! Overall, the environment is great with no unpleasant odors, and the view of the amusement park is perfect for photos. Both the room service and front desk staff were very helpful. It took me a while to find the bathroom curtain button – it was by the sink! Both the elderly and children will love it here! 🥳

The check in was smooth & the room was clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of menu to choose from. The food was delicious except for noddle soup which was quite bland. The complementary amenities includes pool which is good & the best part is the gym facilities at the hotel. I’m a regular gym goer and this hotel provide voucher for Believe Fitness rather than having gym on site which is excellent because I can access full gym in the mall below. I love this part so much. Will definitely come again for staycation at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mall, making shopping and dining very easy. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time I booked the premier room. The room was extremely cold even at maximum temperature if 30 degree. I had to switch off the aircon. The lighting outside the room is too dim. Likewise for the room as they used purple light for the front if the bed. Time to upgrade your hair dryer. I had short hair and usually need less than 5 minutes to blow dry my hair. With this hairdryer even at maximum speed, it takes forever to blow dry the hair. Looks like paying extra for room might not always be the best deal.

Had a pleasant experience at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam. The staff were friendly, check-in process was smooth, and the room was comfortable. Cleanliness was decent and acceptable throughout the stay. The hotel is also strategically located with easy access to nearby facilities. Overall, a worthwhile and satisfying stay.

Came here for a holiday. The sleeping arrangements were good, and the food was decent. There's only one swimming pool, and it's not very big. If there are a lot of people, I usually don't bother getting in. It's a shame I missed out on experiencing the sky and sea view from the infinity pool. The only downside was the rude security guard at night regarding parking. I know it was late, but the shuttle runs 24 hours. We were just sorting some things out in the car, and a shuttle left right then. We either had to wait for the next one or walk back to the hotel, which isn't far. But the security guard was very rude, saying, ”There was a car just now, why didn't you get off?!”

The bathroom was spotless, with sleek black-and-white subway tiles and modern fixtures, and the open-concept layout felt surprisingly roomy. The retro phone by the bed was such a fun, nostalgic touch that really captured the hotel’s personality! Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to IOI City Mall, with direct access via escalator, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Putrajaya. The staff were friendly and laid-back, fitting perfectly with the hotel’s casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the common areas (including the rooftop bar) were great spots to unwind after a busy day. If you’re looking for a stay that’s equal parts stylish, convenient, and full of personality, Moxy Putrajaya is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal for travelers who want a fun, hassle-free stay with a cool, modern twist. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

Spent two nights at a five-star hotel conveniently located near the Selangor FC stadium. The staff and facilities lived up to the five-star standard, making the stay comfortable overall. However, the lobby felt small and lacked air-conditioning, which was disappointing given the hotel’s rating. Great location, but the lobby experience could be improved.
