Stayed 2 nights here for a competition held at KSL Mall. The check-in process was very helpful and fast. Room is cosy and comfortable with room WiFi.
The hotel is attached to the mall... So it is very convenient and with ample parking. House keeping was quite efficient too. Returned to my room in late noon with a tidy bed and cleaned up room.
Breakfast wise, choices were quite good. Fusion buffet breakfast.
Last but not least, there is a 24 hours 7 Eleven convenience store near the hotel lobby
Had a free upgrade to premium suite with a nice view of Sultan Alam Syah Mosque. It has a bath tub too. The location is very strategic which is just a walking distance to the mall. There’s also food truck at the back of the hotel. So don’t worry if you want to have dinner outside. Our room is so spacious , and to our surprise there was also a box of Malay traditional kueh we called as ‘bahulu’ as well as 2 bottles of soft drinks as complimentary. Breakfast was great and we had variety of foods to choose. Add on breakfast for adult is RM66.00. They also provide free parking and we need to validate our TnG card before going out. Overall, Concorde Hotel will be our hotel choice in Shah Alam.
An excellent 5-star stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City! From the warm welcome and signature cookies at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, everything was top-notch.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to i-City Theme Park and a nearby mall, making it easy to enjoy the area’s attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.
Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Shah Alam.
I booked this hotel because I had to attend a conference at One World Hotel and it costs a lot more to stay there for 2 nights. This hotel has designated parking for customers, and is only few min from the other hotel I had to go. It is located near the curve, Ikea and IPC which makes it very convenient for us. Location and parking availability wise, it’s perfect. Ambience of the hotel is good too. Looks fancy and nice. The room was a bit old but really spacious and I love the deco too.
The only two unfortunate events was that we had to wait thirty min ish to check in even though we arrived at 6pm. We were only given our access card around 6:35pm but we were not reimbursed with a late checkout. The other time was a lift breakdown around 10pm when hub wanted to pick me up but no signage were put at our floor. Hub waited and ended up walking down ten floors worth of stairs 😂 only to find out that the lift broke down. Anyway, it was resolved by the time we reached back at the hotel.
Breakfast was basic but good enough to fill our stomach. Overall I would give a 4.5/5 for this stay.
Good to see an older hotel with refreshed and renovated rooms and a modernised lobby. The stay was comfortable overall.
The food needs improvement. Breakfast was mediocre with limited variety. No fresh fruit juices served. I ordered the club sandwich and their so-called famous char koay teow for a 10pm dinner. Both were very bad.
I also attended an event on Friday, 14 November at the main ballroom. The food served there was horrendous.
The hotel has strong potential with its upgraded rooms. You need to improve the quality and consistency of the food across all outlets and events.
Great Room but Bathroom Needs Improvement
Stayed one night at Mercure Glenmarie — overall, I was satisfied with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed.
However, there was a problem with the bathroom. When showering, water would leak out through the door, making the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery. It’s a bit inconvenient and could be a safety issue.
Hope the hotel can look into this and improve the shower sealing or drainage. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
Stayed here for just 1 night and left in a rush as it was a layover. However from what I have seen, it is conveniently located, right next to a very huge mall (I.O.I City Mall) so you can pretty much get all your needs from there. Cozy and comfy room with a decently size bathroom and really big TV. Love that they provide games at their lobby as well. Great view from our room too! For the price, it's worth ever cent! If ever I am coming to KL agn, this is a place I will definitely consider to stay again! The only downside to the location is that, its not exactly near the city center (Bukit Bintang) so if those are places you want to visit, you will have to travel out
Overall is satisfactorily, generally Ok. Very happy to be back to a hotel with strong resort and tropical feel and we love to walk around and spend time in hotel without having to travel out. The garden landscaping is great and keep it up! Note that the club lounge food choice is very limited as compared to other hotel lounge. Feels pricey when club lounge attraction is little, other than adult-only access and free in-room dining.
Pros: 1. Receptionists friendly & helpful
2. This hotel is old , but room (premium family) is refurbished & spacious
3. Nice landscape with fish ponds & kids can feed the fishes (one can buy a small packet of premium fish food for rm5/=)
4. My Burger Lab is located near fish pond & swimming pool
5. Large swimming pool
Cons: 1. Shocked to find out that a deposit of rm 200 is required upon checking in.
2. Rated as 5 star hotel but amneties not satisfactory:
a) no bedroom slippers (floor not carpetted & cold-slippers must b purchased, which spunds ridiculous for a 5star hotel)
b) door was problematic due to weak battery-technician came to repair
c)due to parking issues i opt for valet parking chargeable at rm30/=
d. Main glass door to rooms left open & this maybe dangerous as it is accesible to non hotel guests
e) Better to have a steam iron not a dry iron in a 5 star hotel
Great

CChrisLSLI booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.
QQiongtaiyingyuTune Hotel KLIA2 is an excellent choice for travelers with early morning flights or those on a layover. Its biggest advantage is its unbeatable convenience; the hotel is directly connected to the KLIA2 terminal via a covered walkway, making it just a 5-10 minute walk away. This means you won't have to worry about traffic delays, saving you maximum time and energy. Furthermore, the front desk offers multilingual services, including Chinese, which makes international travelers feel very welcome and comfortable. While the rooms are compact, they are clean and comfortable, and the hotel provides 24-hour dining services, sufficient for short stays. Overall, it was a very hassle-free and time-saving experience. I highly recommend it to all travelers with tight schedules.

PPravinahWe had so much fun as a family with kids. The room was big and bright, with space for everyone. Awesome lake view. The beds were soft and cozy. My kids loved the pool—it was cold since its been rain for few days still we enjoyed when it was sunny for a while. We ate yummy buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Everything felt easy and relaxed.
The staff was very kind and helped us with everything. We felt safe and happy. It was a perfect family trip and we made great memories!

DDeclan Yongam extremely disappointed with the unacceptable conditions I experienced. The water quality was shockingly poor — it came out dark yellow, which is completely unhygienic and unsafe.
Furthermore, due to the public holiday, both the restaurant service and the shuttle van arrangements were handled in an appallingly disorganised manner. The lack of proper planning and management caused me significant inconvenience.
This level of service is entirely below standard.
DDwaynismeWe stayed here for one night and found the hotel strategically located near an MRT station, making it convenient to travel to Kuala Lumpur city centre. There are also several dining options available around the area.
The stay included a complimentary breakfast with a good mix of Asian and Western choices, which was a nice touch. The room itself was decent and suitable for a couple, though fairly simple. I also appreciated the drinking water station provided on-site.
Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay for a short trip, especially if you’re looking for easy access to the city and nearby food options.
