A great hotel for very modest money! Located near the embankment, to the station 20 minutes in a hurry. Live on the 4th floor - the view is good, the dawns are beautiful. The number is straight modern, everything is, even the bath :) Breakfast is normal, hungry will not go. Staff is a separate item. The boys will tell, will show, will recommend where to go for dinner. In short, excellent impressions from hotel ❤️

Stayed two nights in a row, very close to the train station, convenient for going to Cinque Terre. The room is a compact space that is common in Europe. Surprisingly, there is a small yard when you open the door, just right for drying clothes. I didn't experience the room in the newly renovated area, but it looked very good. The breakfast is commendable and rich in variety, including fruits, suitable for Chinese people

This hotel is not in the centre but is great as a stop over and has public parking just outside. Shopping mall on your doorstep and a bit of a long walk to the centre but it’s ok. Spacious and clean room, very good breakfast. I would come again.

close to the portal, need take taxi or bus to the train station. While I enjoy 20minutes walking through the main street to get there. Great staff, checked in for me earlier than expected, because the room was ready. I appreciate that. I paid in a good price for Clean and good amenities, very happy stay there. If I'm going back to the city, I'm gonna stay with them again

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Cozy structure with many services; excellent buffet for breakfast. Too bad for the position far from the sea even if the structure offers a shuttle service which should be strengthened also covering the evening band. Overall positive experience.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Очень понравился отель. Парковка на территории 10€. Пляж через небольшую дорогу. У отеля своя зона с лежаками - 20€ за два лежака и зонт. Завтрак вполне приличный. Все рядом - кафе, магазины.

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)
