The warmest and most welcoming hotel during the entire trip to Iceland. The location, facilities and cleanliness are all very good. I highly recommend it.

I booked two rooms at this hotel because the booking showed a discount for booking two at a time, so I did. The first room staff arranged an accessible room for me, so the toilet is larger, the room can play a suitcase more than enough, the room does not have slippers or water (actually all in Europe), hygiene is no problem, but the second room I was more dissatisfied, the room is super small and roof It's a sloping roof, every time I get up I hit my head, the room doesn't even have a trash can, only the toilet has an extremely small trash can for throwing sanitary napkins, no hooks to hang clothes, I don't know if I booked a special room to arrange this room, if so, I'm not short of twenty yuan euros to book a little, (If this room is arranged because of the special price, I hope to list when booking) Because the booking did not show what room to stay, breakfast is quite good, staff service is no problem, there is free public parking outside the hotel, so I will book this hotel next time,

The room was spacious and clean, with excellent hygiene. The view from the window was beautiful, offering sights of the sunrise and numerous small volcanic craters. Check-in and parking were convenient. The front desk even asked if we'd like to be notified about the Northern Lights, which was a very thoughtful touch. That evening, I managed to capture many photos of the aurora. We heard there's a free hot spring, but we weren't aware of it and missed out. Breakfast was plentiful.

Very cute design hotel with a cozy atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and lovely details throughout the property. I especially loved the lounge and game room area — I ended up spending almost three hours working on a puzzle there and hope someone finishes it after me! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t try the hot tub though, as it is located in the middle of the hotel and felt a bit too exposed since people can easily look at you from around the property.

Good location with a nice room and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is right next to the shopping street, and the whale watching companies are only about a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Don’t forget to try the forest hot tub — it’s an absolute must and one of the highlights of the stay.

숙소는 후사비크의 항구 바로 앞에 있으며 고즈넉하고 조용한 곳에 있습니다. 우리가 도착했을 당시 호텔은 무인으로 운영되었지만 안내데스크에 우리를 위한 메시지와 더불어 열쇠가 준비되어 있어 바로 방으로 들어갈 수 있었어요. 방은 따뜻했으며 침대와 작은 테이블, 옷장이 존재하는 심플한 구조 입니다. 음료나 스키르를 보관할 조그마한 냉장고가 있었더라면 더욱 좋았겠지만 겨울이라 사실 크게 상관 없었습니다. 조그마한 문제는 함께 묶은 다른 객실의 고객들에게 있었습니다. 그들은 새벽까지 술을 마시며 크게 떠들며 놀았고 그로 인해 우리 부부는 휴식을 취하는 것에 있어 조금 문제를 겪었어요. 일정 시간이 넘어가면 다른 승객을 위해 조용히 해줄 것을 안내하는 방법이 호텔 곳곳에 마련되어있으면 좋을 것 같아요. 그래도 대체적으로 좋았습니다. 다음에는 여름에 방문해보고 싶어요.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. However, there was only one staff member at check-in, which made the process incredibly slow. I was quite dissatisfied with the staff's attitude – this is my eighth hotel in Iceland, and it's the first time I've felt this way. The hotel uses L'Occitane shower products, and perhaps they consider them very high-end and are afraid of people stealing them, but the bottle only had about 3% left, not enough for two people to use once. I ended up having to use my own products and didn't even bother trying to communicate with the hotel about it.

I booked a non-refundable room two months in advance, and the price just kept dropping. Ctrip contacted the hotel on my behalf, but they said they don't offer price matching. They did say I could change rooms, but only to a lower-category room type without a price change, which is quite baffling. For a hotel in this price range, the breakfast was far too basic. And there was hardly any service to speak of. Overall, very poor value for money.

Very cozy cabin like room which was clean and tidy. A comfortable stay. But the reception and breakfast area needs to drive. The breakfast is nice and overall nice stay. Would recommend.

This hotel is so, so satisfying! The terrace is great, cooking is great, and Netflix is ​​available for watching. The location is also great. Parking is free on weekends.
