Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. We had a very comfortable stay at Auradoon in Dehradun. The hotel is nestled on the foothills of the mountain range, offering breathtaking views of the hills right from our room. The location is awesome — peaceful and scenic, though a bit farther from the main town. Dehradun city center is easily accessible by taxi or private car, which made exploring convenient. The rooms were great and spacious, with beautiful front-facing views of the hills that made every morning special. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property — everything felt fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They promptly attended to all our needs and made us feel truly welcome. Special mention to Chef Himanshu — he was very caring and personally offered us some of the tasty dishes he had prepared. The breakfast was varied and delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients every day. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway near Dehradun with excellent service and great food. We'll definitely visit again!

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

One of the worst Hyatt regency I have stayed. The slow house keeping and inconsistent dining service is bad. Usually took 30-45 mins for bottled water to be delivered or after clean up, they don't put back bottled water until you asked, or the AC may not work or they will take away your bathrobes. All of that were part of the poor house keeping , certainly not up to Hyatt standard. Dining service is also not international and clean enough, I had stomachache after having their salad. Will not stay here again.

Our stay at [lord's eco inn dehradun] was truly exceptional! the location in the heart of dehradun and the rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of local and international options. A perfect choice for a relaxing mountain getaway

Visited this hotel in April 2025, kind of new property only 1 year old, so it was neat and clean. Pros - Neat and clean, one of the big property in Rishikesh, many rooms. CONS - 5 kms outside from city center, Breakfast service is terrible, also food taste is also not good at all, Hot milk kept at buffet was spoil and they changed post we pointed out. pricing is high as property doesn’t look like 4 star.

we checked in later after 11pm . We had booked room with extra bed . But it took them almost one hour to place the bed . We were dead tired after a long drive . Other than this incident, everything was ok and we enjoyed breakfast

I have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building
