Ideal location for North Terminal. Room was clean and bright with first-class linen. It's a shame that, whilst the room was advertised as having a double-bed, it was in fact a double mattress on top of two singles! This meant a large ridge down the middle and my wife and I were consigned to our individual dips on either side. IMHO this description is misleading.

Great manor-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar taste good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The parking is convenient and free. Originally, it was a noble manor, with a large private territory and beautiful surroundings.

This hotel is located on the first floor of the North Terminal. The environment is clean and tidy, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. It's super convenient for catching flights, as you can check in directly without even leaving the terminal. The breakfast is also pretty good.

Good atmosphere, beautiful surrounding views (Only regret that I went at night and it rained) The management in the organic hotel looks luxurious. Suitable for the room price and good service, the receptionist is lovely. If I go in the summer, it will be beautiful. I will wait until the summer and go to rest again.

Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb. A nice hotel located close to Gatwick Airport. The bus connection runs every 15 minutes to the airport and stops at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious.

Send the children to the Charterhouse summer camp, stay here for one night, very quiet town, drive more than 40 minutes from Heathrow Airport. The room is decorated very classically, full of royal style, and the bathroom is more modern. The plane was delayed and it took two hours to queue up. When I arrived, I had passed the latest check-in time. Fortunately, I called the hotel in advance to explain the situation. The two staff Samara and Danielle have been waiting for us and upgraded us to Charles II Deluxe Room. The stay experience is great! The UK in July is very early in the morning, very cool, and the thick quilt at night feels a bit cold and does not need air conditioning at all. The breakfast was very rich.

This is a very nice and clean hotel close to the town centre and ideal for shopping. The breakfast was very nice and my family had a relaxing time at this facility.

I had a L shaped single room. At first appearance, it seemed very small though nicely decorated. The room seemed to grow and was  plenty big enough for one person. Equipped with coffee/tea  making facilities, even biscuits. All toiletries in the bathroom.  The staff were great! Helpful and polite….overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The location is perfect. Short walk to the city centre .

The property is very conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, making it an excellent choice for red-eye arrivals or early morning departures. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to rest before or after a flight. On the downside, the room was quite cold, and there didn’t seem to be an obvious way to adjust the temperature, which affected overall comfort.
